Story
History
Chí Thành was born to a highly sophisticated family and blessed the family with his outstanding scholarly studies. He was able to get into the Royal Court as one of the Royal Scholars, training directly under the Western Emperor himself. He has always known success, but the weight of being good enough was draining on his identity. He would be good friends with Bo-seon after a few get-togethers with other Sea Dragons, helping him with research where Chí Thành couldn't dare brave in exploring but Bo-seon can. He was especially helpful when Chí Thành went in search of a Vietnamese relic nearly destroyed by pirates, becoming a famous piece of artifact today.
When crowned as the new emperor, Chí Thành vowed to better their entire kingdom, increasing focus on education and preservation of history rather than the pursuit of it per se. Currently the West holds the Oceanic Archival Decree, which will collect all rare items in the four seas to the West for study, which this notion is contested. Despite that, Chí Thành does well promoting for the culture and arts of his kingdom, only wanting the best for his people.
Personality
Chí Thành at first is a rather aloof and serious character with no tolerence for jokes or stupid questions. He values his time and intellectual talks, being an insightful man himself. He's poised and composed, except when he's insulted, then he'll prattle about all of the wrong that has been done to him just for looking out for the good of the people. He's more or less a bookworm that won't hesitate to remind you of how much more he knows about the world than you. Chí Thành isn't particularly a bad guy, he's just got trouble putting his guard down at times.
