A scrappy tomboy who marches to the beat of her own drum. Blaine was raised by a hardworking single father alongside three brothers, the only girl in a house full of rowdy boys. Her oldest brother taught her how to fight, her middle big brother taught her how to curse, and her little big brother taught her how to dance... poorly.
Blaine's mother, Carmine, was part of the Hero League until she unfortunately lost her life on the job. So, when her powers began to manifest, Blaine kept them hidden from the rest of her family in hopes of sparing them the worry of losing another loved one to the world of Supes. This hasn't stopped Blaine from sneaking out and dishing out her own brand of vigilante justice when she can... between college classes and a part-time job. She hopes to one day follow in her mother's footsteps and join the Hero League, but she has to convince an over protective father first.
Power: Blaine can generate energy plasmoids that she's able to arrange into various shapes, direct their trajectory, and explode on command. Explosions can range from: a mild annoyance akin to a firecracker; to a flash bang, temporarily blinding and stunning opponents; to bigger explosions that can cause more serious damage. However, bigger explosions exhaust more of her energy.
