Personality

A short-tempered and bold she-cat who will not let herself be pushed around.

Falcon is a good leader. Endorsed by Coyote himself after he formally stepped down, she was mostly preferred between the two deputies at the time- her cats happily follow her lead and trust her completely. Despite this she has a habit of doubting herself. Her subcolony is the smallest, made up of a little over ten cats including herself. as leader, it's her responsibility to ensure they're not ordered around by others. The issue is that she is unsure if she can calmly do so.

Along with her short temper and impatience towards cats she doesn't know well, she doesn't seem to smile much. It's not because she's grumpy, but rather unhappy. The loss of Daylily, the she-cat she loved, took a huge toll on her. The grief weighs heavy on her shoulders even a year after her death, having barely healed.

Appearance

A very big and fluffy she-cat with a torn ear and a claw mark that goes down her left eye.

She is a very red ginger tabby, with a white face, chest, underbelly, back legs. and tail tip. Her eyes are amber. The marking on her chest (is meant to) resemble the silhouette of a bird, hence her name.

Relationships

Coyote

Coyote, after realizing that Falcon wasn't learning much with the mentor he'd originally assigned for her, took her under his wing himself. He noticed her crush on his daughter Daylily pretty quickly, and eventually encouraged her to be with her. The two are incredibly close, so much so they see each other as family even after Daylily's death. In fact, their loss only made their bond stronger. They rarely argue, and if they do, it's usually over Cricket and Olive.

Cricket and Olive

Cricket and Olive, Daylily's sons and by extension, Falcon's. She loves the two as if they were truly her own, more than anything in her life, and would do anything for them. Still, she keeps her distance. She wants more than anything than to be with them but looking at them reminds her of how she'd failed to protect their mother, and fears that one day she might fail to protect them. While she does stay with them enough for them to consider her their mother, it's not terribly often.

Trivia

Her mother is a loner, who she ran away from as a 7-moon old kit. This is when she ran into Daylily, who was a new apprentice wandering off from her patrol.

Falcon and Daylily's relationship, although sweet and full of love, was a bit unhealthy on Falcon's part. She put so much effort into loving Daylily and helping her heal from her troubles, that she neglected loving herself and healing from her own past. Daylily was adamant that she focus on herself first, but Falcon would always brush it off.
