Taffy "Sugarpop" Broderick

A thoroughly bizarre Ghirian of indeterminate species, residing quite a ways away from Ecrideia in the Xuvahl Gardens of all places. Nobody's quite sure whether he's saurian or draconic, or what aspects he's aligned to- everything about his body and his magic is completely odd and hard to pin down. It's suspected his primary aspect is Magic with a weaker secondary alignment to Fire, but his magic abilities don't really seem to fit in the boxes of any of them. You'd need to get a Zaknon in to sort this nonsense out.

Known as Sugarpop among his friends, Taffy is the owner of the only somewhat-traditional "house" in the Xuvahl Gardens, and uses his unusual powers mostly for confectionery applications rather than fighting. He's capable of breathing a bright blue flame that's hot enough to use as a sort of blowtorch for, say, toasting things, but the fire isn't exactly the important part. Smoke from this flame is a cloudy white color and smells very sweet, kind of like toasted marshmallows. Possibly due to his suspected Magic alignment, inhaling this smoke causes a significant decrease in stress and a tranquil, pleasant feeling in other beings, kind of like incense or a scented candle. He can use this to stop potential altercations if he needs to, or help his nervous friends relax.

He likes to pretend he's ferocious and dangerous, but he's really not and would actually rather avoid fighting.
