Profile

Emrys is a phoenix who regenerates far more frequently than the average phoenix does. While most phoenix will wait until they are bedridden and can function no longer to allow their internal flames to consume them and reform them anew, Emrys seems to allow himself to go up in flames the moment he notices that he's aging. Repeated, frequent regeneration has a detrimental effect on the body in the long run, and Emrys's feathers have turned a sooty black over time, spreading across his body a little bit each time he regenerates.
