Rita is a hydraulic-launch coaster located in The Dark Forest at Alton Towers. She's very brash and takes her role as "fastest coaster at Alton Towers" very seriously, no matter how many times Oblivion tries to convince her he's faster.

Rita is shown to be a woman who is bold, brash, and overconfident. She's seen by some of the other coasters as being overconfident and cocky, but really she's just trying to make up for the fact that she isn't actually classified as a Secret Weapon.

Rita is introduced in Issue #1 as one of the two Intamin girls in Dark Forest. Her and Oblivion have somewhat of a rivalry.
Rita spawned in the Uggland area of the park and was quickly accused of ruining the Secret Weapon program te B&M brothers had been following.

ReleaseRita was born in 2005 into Uggland. She quickly became friends with The Corkscrew, a coaster widely considered to be The Leader out of all the coasters at Alton Towers. Rita was content with being a launch coaster and running the Thunderrock Ralley radio, but then she learned that many coasters were talking about her behind her back. Due to this, Rita wanted to be just as intense and scary and have the same stage precense that all the Secret Weapons did. Rita was one of the most intense and adrenaline-enducing coasters in the park, but never seemed to gain any recognision for it. The problem? Themeing.

2008-2010When Corkscrew died, Rita was gutted. She was even sadder when he got replaced with Thir13teen. Due to Thir13teen's oddness (and Secret Weapon status despite being way tamer than her,) Rita initally wanted nothing to do with Thir13teen. She was consumed with jealousy. Thir13teen tried to befriend her, but ended up corrupting her through touch, giving Rita the retheme she so desparately craved. But at what cost? She still never got to be a secret weapon.

2018In 2018 when Wickerman released, Rita realised that being a Secret Weapon isn't about how intense you are or how good your themeing is- It's just something some coasters are and some aren't. She's moreorless accepted her place in the park, (even though she still has that competitive flare about her.)

- Some of her body parts and accessories correlate to certain parts of her ride experience. Interacting with them can cause damage/changes to the rollercoaster itself. These are:
- Her visor represents the long, forward section before the first banked-turn.
- Enjoys clothes that are easy to move in.
Thirteen is Rita's younger sister. Rita did not like the idea of recieving a little sister, (especially one that was classified as a Secret Weapon since she was informed the project was cancelled) and initally tried to ignore Thirteen. Of course, this was hard as Uggland was rethemed to The Dark Forest and so was Rita. The pair don't seem to get along.

- Rita as we know her today is a fusion of two characters.
- Rita 1's description initally read: "Rita is the future daughter of Pepper Scrivens and Lola Everfree. Despite this, she was actually created before Lola. Rita is based on the Alton Towers rollercoaster of the same name, that being Rita: Queen Of Speed."
- Rita 2 was created to be an actual gyjinka of the rollercoatser at (16:04) on 15.09.22.
- At (12:09) 09.05.23 I merged this Rita and my Rita (Alton Towers) into one character. The old Rita (AT) character slot went to Wickerman, because I never made him.
