Nobody knows where Wendy came from. One day she arrived into the harbour. That's it. From there, rumours quickly spread about her, and the town didn't seem too interested in her. But Wendy didn't want to argue! She tried to befriend as many people as she could, but everyone shunned her. It wasn't until she spoke with Martie that she found out the real reason about why so many people pushed her away - She was a "witch".
However, Wendy wasn't going to deny that. She admitted it, and promised to help out in any way possible. Of course, that didn't work out and she was eventually chased out of the harbour. But, Wendy wasn't going to give up! She now lives on the outskirts on the harbour, hoping to figure out how she can convince everyone that she's not as bad as she seems. There again, it might be a little too late for that... For now, she'll keep trying, but even Wendy thinks that it might be time for them to start moving out.
Personality
When Wendy first arrived, she was an open and warm gal who was willing to accept anyone. While the Harbour may have changed her general viewpoint, she's still willing to accept anyone who wants to help her. After all, she has a job to do and she is determined to ensure that she will get the job done. Because of this, people think that she's incredibly pushy with her ideas, and she never really knows when to give them up either. She tends to act on a whim and doesn't really think much about her plans either. Although she can be incredibly generous, Wendy is often seen as being rather chaotic and never really seems to think straight. She's incredibly messy too, although if she's paired with the right people, she can work incredibly well in a team.

Trivia
- While Wendy does try and enter now and again, she usually gets caught and has to run off.
- She has a collection of dolls which strongly resemble some of the people within the harbour. Nobody knows why they are there.
- She handmakes the dolls herself! They're made of fabric and she's surprisingly quick at making them.
- Her place is incredibly messy, and she finds it difficult to find things. The only things she can easily find are her dolls, which are all placed upon a shelf. (Original headcanon from @SuperLunala)
- When outside, Wendy wears an incredibly thick cloak around her shoulders. The hat is also dropped from her outfit.
- "Wendy sometimes organizes "private tea parties" in which only her dolls are invited. She of course always brings a homemade cake. How she treats the dolls during the event heavily depends on the relationship Wendy has with the people they're based on. The Dilan doll gets the biggest piece of cake.
