Disclaimer:
I understand that the term "escort" often has sexual connotations towards it, which does sound incredibly shady especially regarding her age. I am considering on whether I'd like to refer to her role as a different name, but Esme doesn't have anything sexual related to her character. The game refers to the role by that name, and I apologise if people do feel uncomfortable because of this.

A couple of years ago, Esme was determined to follow her mother's footsteps. Her mother was a magician, and she stopped just so she could raise Esme to the best of her ability. Hence, Esme became a magician. People were impressed with her skills, especially at such a young age. But as her popularity grew, so did the stunts and the jealous people. It all lead into an incident which caused Esme's father to intervene and stop her from performing altogether.
After that, Esme isn't too sure of the situation which is going on. She's overheard a couple of things, talks of a "harbour" and a "trip", but Esme can't seem to piece things together. For now though, she stays with her father and her half brother. Although the situation seems terrible, Esme does have some hope. After all, she's made it this far, things have to look up soon!

On the outside, Esme is an optimistic and cheerful girl. She prefers to look on the brighter side and find new opportunities in terrible situations. She's also been known to have high amounts of energy and always hopping from one thing to the next. However, despite her energetic exterior, Esme has been known to have a couple of trust issues and only really opens up to a couple of people. Her emotions tend to get the better of her, and she can be incredibly picky. However, Esme is always willing to take matters into her own hands if needed. Although she may not be understanding of the world around her, and not pay attention to it, Esme is always trying to think of new ideas and is typically very enthusiastic about anything she tries.
Esme and Preston share the same father, and she despises him. For one he's a liar, and two she's pretty much aware that he's jealous. She avoids contact with him.
Connie was the reason which Esme had to stop performing. Although she was a good assistant, Esme doesn't want anything to do with her.
While she can admit that he does try his best, Esme thinks that he will never be the same as her mother. She's glad to know him though.
Doesn't know much about him, apart from him being a friend of her father. She thinks that he's alright.
- The cloak she wears used to belong to her mother before she died.

- She has a small collection of bracelets, but her favourite is a purple bracelet with a diamond charm on it. She wears this on her right hand
