despite her small build and cute voice, she makes up for it with a very chaotic and impulsive personality! she loves messing around and making people laugh, although it's not rare for her to go overboard with her pranks.
her costant need to be active is also a cover up for her anxiety relating to the future. she's scared that by losing time doing nothing or having no exciting experiences, she won't be able to do any of that when she'll get older. because of all the bullying and loved ones she had to leave behind, she's now pursuing a mission: staying a kid forever, no matter what.

cookie can be best described as a tomboy-ish troublemaker, always full of energy and malicious prank ideas. despite her cute appearence, she's pretty mischevious and might take advantage of this to manipulate others into giving her what she wants...or fakes tears while throwing childish tantrums; even then, she doesn't mean any real harm and unintentionally goes overboard with her teasing. she costantly craves attention (and sometimes validation) from her friends, like a little sister would do with her older siblings, usually by getting herself in trouble, doing absurd challenges or just making them laugh.
she's a childish, impulsive, cocky, immature and competitive girl who never turns down a challenge and will always do her best to prove her strenght. she also jokes around a lot and pokes fun at her friends (mostly shine) with her sarcasm. her empathy may not be the greatest and it's not rare for her to make insensitive comments, but it's usually out of ignorance rather than malice.
although she's not really the sharpest tool in the shed, she can be smart and calculating; this is especially shown when she plans her well, thought out pranks, something she takes pride in. still, her tough and masculine character hides a softer side that loves baking sweets, being babied and cuddled, as it reminds her of her old days back in her home country; her peter pan syndrome has taken such a toll on her, that she refuses to change out of her old clothes or nickname and sees the future, with all its adult figures, as monsters that taunt her about how scary growing up will be.
she doesn't like showing it, but she cares deeply about her friends and fears that she'll be treated as someone weak if she asks for affection. her main love language is physical touch, but she'll only show it when she knows she can trust who she'll give her love.

she's the silly little sister of the trio. she likes to make her friends (especially shine) go insane with her shenanigans and be a little menance :3 still, she likes to be cuddled hehe

childhood
she was born in japan; most of her family members have worked in the medical field and so were her parents. her childhood in her home country was filled with happy memories left and right with her friends, whom she would play with all the time; their favorite game was cooking with toy sets. things changed when her parents got called by some of their coworkers, saying that a hospital in the USA needs them due to the lack of doctors and nurses; not only will they have better medical equipment, but also earn much more momey. on top of that, the mom was suspecting to be pregnant with a second child and would rather go through that whole journey without worrying about all the moving or stress. needless to say, cookie took horribly the news becuase she didn't want to leave her friends and be all alone. after moving to the USA and having her baby brother, she befriended star, a girl who lived in her area; she joined her friendgroup and while still missing her other friends, she wasn't as sad anymore. however, things take a bad turn when she notices star's unfair treatment of her and others, which got her to rebel against her; as a result to this, star and one of her friends isolate and harass her daily, while star's parents pressure cookie's not to press charges or they will make them regret it.
current story
cookie was always standing up for herself and playing pranks on her bullies as revenge, but that only made her torment much more severe. despite receiving some small support from star's twin (disgusted by the whole situation), she was all alone and trapped in that neighboorhood, until alia came in the picture. thanks to the latter, she was able to partially get out of the situation and have actual friends, but her fear of the future will soon come to surface.
the future
she continues going to therapy to deal with all the trauma and go on with her life. she keeps in touch with shine and liam and despite not meeting as much, they all remain close. she plans to join a culinary school and open a japanese restaurant.
