Always smoking a cigar

Eats grenades sometimes

Spends his time busting drug rings, thwarting heists, etc. He has a sidekick who gives him digital input on where these things are taking place, what time, and generally what to expect.

Uses his legs to beat people up. When he has to use his arms, he gets serious.

Can jump very high and is very flexible.

Can walk on walls

Can use his strong tail to hold his weight or use it to smack people

Works for no one

Doesn't waste his time
