Sly in appearance, Shen is used to being treated with caution, even though he often helps others by creating salves and gathering dangerous herbs. he spends most of his time alone, and as such, tries to rein in his enthusiasm when in good company...
he can't help his looks, but he often finds himself second-guessing how to approach others when they eye him warily after a totally unintentional mischievous response.
