Cali is a half-demon, half angel hybrid. Often he is referred to as a nephilim or "the unicorn demon". He is one of the few nephilims in existence. Since he couldn't fit in with either Heaven or Hell, he was pretty much banished to Earth. He pretty much spends his time wasting away in his apartment and using his TikTok fame to do interesting things but otherwise, he really doesn't have much going for him. At least until he meets Monty Bara.

Cali and Monty live a relatively peaceful and fruitful relationship when dating eachother; Monty being his first love, he is stoutly devoted to Monty through thick and thin. During the events of Monty's family emergency with Percy, his exposure to Jolene and Jonathan do take a small hit on his preservation, questioning his self worth and whether Monty was deserving of him. Regardless, with reassurance, Cali still chooses to stick by Monty when he knows he needs it.

Misplaced in Time

Cali takes on a more background role for Misplaced in Time, serving more as an "important NPC" for Nathan. Cali is often referred to as Nathan's "compass". During the time Nathan starts losing his way throughout the Universal Ring, he uses Cali as his reference point to try and find his way back. By keeping track of the different Calis Nathan comes across, it helps him figure out if Nathan has returned to Soloria 2. Although a flawed system, it works for a while.

• As my universe developed more, Cali's existence became more enigmatic. I don't have demons in my universe, and Smash's universe doesn't either. He is specieal ambiguous for now.
• He HATES clowns. After watching Killer Klowns from Outerspace, he has been terrified of clowns since.
• Cali can swap between his "pink" skintone and his "human" skintone; he adjusts according to the social setting. Which is why you might see both in his gallery.
• He identifies as Chicano.
• As a half-Angel, he has a halo and a transfigured form. His transfigured form is literally the shape of a cone.
• His tiktok handle is called "fornia.editz". Before he became tiktok famous and marketed his persona, he would make video edits of old movies/shows he enjoyed like The Twilight Zone and Casablanca.
