Tarren is mute man who has a lot of time to kill and is always up to shenanigans. Unemployed, disabled and a little reckless, Tarren makes the most of his life doing whatever he feels like regardless of the consequences. In the end, it always circles back to his brotherhood with Urien.

Birth Defect + Scars

Tarren was born to a human father and a kitsune mother. Due to mythical creatures and human anatomy not mixing well, Tarren was born early with a vocal defect. His vocal chords were not developed. Even if he were to get this surgically fixed, he would be way past the age to learn how to speak.

The scars he adorns all over his body was due to being struck by lightning at a young age. Usually, anything with kitsune blood would be able to absorb lightning like a rod, but because Tarren was mortal and only a mere child, this caused his entire body to seize and pass away (in his past life).

Kitsune Form

Due to being half-kitsune, Tarren does not have a complete fox body with nine tails. Instead he keeps the human form but grows out ears and a tail instead. He also has marks on his face. He is basically a glorified walking furry.

• He is Half-British, Half-Japanese. For majority of his life, he believed he was fully white.
• The lightning scars he has can glow in the dark, albeit faintly.
• He has a pet albino raccoon named Mr. Chungles. Tarren wouldn't usually KEEP wild animals, but Chungles was a rare pokemon in his eyes.
• He communicates via a mixture of BSL and ASL. In his past life, he learned BSL, but due to how outdated and out of practice it was in Abelia, him and Urien use a special mix of both.
• Tarren is a little messy, but he isn't dirty. He has great hygiene and is diligent with keeping his stuff clean.
• He hates pants! And most tight clothing. It's a sensory thing for him.
• Canonically has tried to get a job at Costco but crashed a lift in the warehouse. He has him and Urien blacklisted from all Costcos.
• He is older than Urien by a year. Urien is the younger brother and he rubs it in his face all the time.
• In highschool, he was in the school marching band and played Trombone.
• Mostly for himself, he can play drums, guitar and bass. He does dream of being in a cool band.
• His last name was definitely not Raiden at first, but because he had a solid interest in Metal Gear Solid, he was deadset at having his legal last name changed to be Raiden.
• He has decent skills in skateboarding.
