Student at the weather academy. Much like Citrus Tang, soon to be new bestie as they meet on the ship to Cloverly. He was from cloudsdale and his constant trouble making has his parents mane's falling out. Smitten Sweets, his older sister has been keeping up correspondence with them. When she lived in Equestria she helped out a lot with managing Cotton Crush and his wild tendencies. But she up and moved a year ago to a foreign place called Cloverly? It was very abrupt for their family. They had gotten use to her leaving on monthly trips for book signings across Equestria. But now she had claimed she felt burned out and needed some time to recover. Away from EVERYTHING. Her family felt pretty hurt about the news of her leaving. None more so than Cotton himself. He felt as if his heart was breaking. A true mean streak appeared a few months after Smitty's departure...

Smitten Sweets has claimed responsibility for his behaviors and to give her parents a break she told them he could come stay with her and go to the wonderful school she occasionally taught at. Not entirely true, but she wasn't being very honest at all with her family as to why she was in Cloverly. Cotton Crush is extremely ready to find out exactly WHAT his older sister has been up too in this new place. That is if he can keep up with her energy, after working every day at the training courses at the weather academy Cotton is finding it harder and harder to investigate his chill sister. But he has started to notice one of his seniors in the flight training, a stallion named Dusk Hour whose said to be protege to the Captain Thrasher himself. He's really looking up to him and not exactly why he feels so drawn to him.

After moving in with Smitty, it's been a surprise to see her with her pet pillowings. One in particular really got attached to Cotton since he arrived. Smitty coo'd over them so much she told them that Cotton may absolutely keep Juliet, one of smitty's personal pillowings. It made her happy to see the love shining through both of them. Telling the good news to her friend Paige who makes the pillowings, she finds out Paige has one left over that's not finding a home just yet. She offers to take them on the spot to surprise her brother with his very own pillowing, Blossom! He's startled at first, but they warm up to each other very fast. C:
