A Pokemon said to hold enormous amounts of psychic power, it stays asleep for many years. It is said to wake to grant the wish of one with a pure heart. Those who see it are said to be bestowed with good fortune.
It has a third eye on its head. It opens only to store power from the stars... or release it.
It is playful and kind, but is also shy. It has only ever been seen at night.

General
- It's tail is thin, like a ribbon.
- Paw pads are opposite colors of it's arms. (Pink on its left foot / Green on its right foot.)
- When its third eye is open, it's main eyes are either closed or glowing blank (pure white or pure green).
