Luka & Mothman

Bio

Luka is a moth from the Swamp Kingdom -- specifically from the poorer side. Uniquely, the Swamp Kingdom is split up into two sides, one populated by moths and the other populated by spiders. Despite being a disciple, he does not socialize much and is usually seen alone, though Luka would be the first to tell you he's never really alone. A strange, shadowy figure can always be seen near Luka that he calls Mothman. It's unclear if Luka is in complete control of it, or if it has its own will and simply chooses to listen to Luka. No one's really even sure what it is -- Luka answers any questions about its origins with a shrug and an "Iunno." Whether that's because he really doesn't know or because he simply doesn't want to answer is also unclear. Even though he's a disciple, Luka doesn't really fight so much as he does stay out of harm's way while Mothman forms claws and jaws to swipe at and bite the enemy, all while tanking attacks and showing little to no damage. The only thing holding Mothman back is Luka, as he is quick to call it quits if things get too bad. Luka seems to be the only disciple that doesn't care particularly much about his position as one. In fact, the only reason Kago and Paula meet with him is that he lives in the same kingdom as Khiata. This turned out to be a lucky break as the disciples were lacking in a source of transportation, and Luka turned out to be the owner and pilot of a one-of-a-kind airship. He couldn't deny that giving the disciples a ride was a good excuse to finally get it off the ground, or that Kago's magic made for an excellent fuel source.

Personality

At first glance, Luka seems to be a fairly nice person. He typically has a smile on his face and while he doesn't go out of his way to talk to people, he typically isn't too upset when they talk to him. He has a very carefree, "go with the flow" attitude, only putting much effort into his airship. He can also be seen sleeping a lot -- sometimes even when piloting his airship, and his eyes constantly being covered make it hard to tell whether he's asleep or just ignoring you. While he looks like he could never hurt a fly, Luka is fully capable of being rude to people he's not fond of. His carelessness often extends to others, as he has no issue sneaking in insults in common conversation, or even getting Mothman to scare people, all with a somewhat devious smile on his face. 

Powers

Mothman: Luka's only real "power" is Mothman -- a shadowy, amorphous figure that's always by his side. Mothman is completely indestructible, reforming from any damage extremely quickly. It is also capable of shapeshifting, typically creating massive claws or even large, sharp teeth. When not fighting, it defaults to a moth-like shape.
