The twin sister to Alaska "Stash" Lucassie.

When she was of the age of four, she saw the cruelty in life. Having witnessed the murder of her family. Having her throat slit and left to perish, as her twin would be dragged away from her, under the assumption the cruel Hunter Goddess drowned her to Soldotna. A council member of Jamaria, Lady Elizaveta, would take pity upon the child bleeding out, snatching her before the Hunter Goddess could find her. They turned the young Kin of The Light, into a Kryptin. Raised under the knowledge of history, rather than to fight. When Dipper became 15, old enough to become sworn into the council, she pledged her oath. Her Kryptin-Mother eventually to, perishing from The Huntress.

Growing up, Dipper would find herself afraid to confront her remaining family, especially her sister who had learned that had survived Huntress's wraith, and then their aunt, who had spiraled down the drain, trying to sacrifice her twin once again. It would be her twin, who would find her and reconnect. Watching her kryptin-mother perish, her sister and her friends affected by their own scars, that their own families and the goddess's had caused. Dipper would be the one to end the Huntress's life, Stash to bear witness to this. Despite being under the oath of The Council. She rewrote history, in a panic to make things right. Pointing Huntress's death to Stash's doing. Hoping it could be justified from Huntress's actions.

It would not be enough to stop Kutos, of The Council from finding out. Kutos having been investigating the disappearance behind Elizaveta, and in regardless of the fact's that led Dipper to do what she did. Kutos constructed a paradox in reality, sending her to the past. Stash throwing into the crossfire, being sent with her. Not wanting to leave her sister again. A point in the past created, trapping the twins within a certain period of time. Because there was no possible way home, Dipper and her twin threw themselves into the problem, meeting people along the way. Dipper would meet Excalibur, a pilot fighting in the Western Cestrelian Airforce. A hidden Kryptin just as her. Becoming very close to the man. Dipper would develop feelings for him, but would suddenly leave abruptly, when The Council pull, she and Stash out.

Years went on by in the past, but in the present-tense, only so many months had gone by. The rest of Stash's friend's and The Council growing suspicion. Lady Jameria, while the head, personally wanted to let her go free, it would be the vote of the entire Court of The Council to decide. Dipper and Stash would be free. Stash would be ordered to stay home, not without a scuffle, and Dipper would agree to go to Floissa to present her side and prove what she had done, was necessary.
