Melvin

Write a small summary about your character here: Melvin is a gentleman. 

Design Note's:
-I've always seen his design based off of Ignatz from Fire Emble Three Houses. He was my main source of inspiration when coming up with him to.-And not to mention, Bob Ross, being an inspiration for him to. He has a kind warm soul and often expresses that when painting.

-Melvin's hair changes from green to brown depending on the season. In the spring it's a nice shade of green. It's not bright and annoying. It's very light and pleasant, a pastel. A dark forest green in the summer. In the fall, it's a light brownish orange and in the winter it's a dark brown.
 
-He wear's two owl feathers on a single ear. His hair is on the curly messy side, but it's not unruly. It can often be tamed. It's not very long in the back.

-His eyes are a reddish orange! This is because of his Kryptin-side. He wear's round circular glasses as well. These are not optional. He must have them! His glasses often fog up when he is extremely happy. Which I based off Tenya Iida, from MHA.
 
-Melvin doesn't have a strict style of fashion. He often dresses in whatever mood he's feeling. Somedays it may be simple. Such as below. Maybe a flannel of sort's draped across his shoulders or snuggle wrapped around his waist. Or just a jacket of some sort. He does live in Arroelia these day's. He's often dressing more casually, and in warm clothes. His white shirt's often have paint stain's. The text can be anything artist related.
-Cravat's. Formal or not he tends to wear them. A little feather pin keeping it together, adding a nice touch to his style.
-If he's feeling fancy, he's often wearing nice white button-ups with cuffed sleeves, or nice, forest green waistcoat. He often wore fancy attire when he lived within the country of Floissa in its capital city.

• While most members of Jamaria's council are writer's, Melvin has been known to have painted some important events.
• He has an artist name he often goes by to keep his main identity a secret, and his life private. 
• Often uses his artist name when he sell's artwork's. Nobody has met the man behind the name. So, he's a bit of mysterious figure in the art industry. Which is why Jamaria has selected him as a member of her council.
