Magical Warriors, it covers the very broad term, in the past however, it had only been a job for Papilios, even further back it has only been a job for Ventuses, now it has been widely known in amongst idems because they have the most powerful warriors. Magical Warriors can be Papilios that use magic to defend their country and keep the peace, in the land continents it can also mean nobles as those powerful ones are the ones who are nobles instead of multiple generations of a family. Nobles can very much be replaced and the chances are equal amongst idems because they are the most closest to Papilio.
Now, Magical Warriors can be covered by humans, uninams and proelias, though there are some limits given they do not have an aura system, they cannot use an artifact to it's full potential as it sucks up their energy which is also needed for them to move and live, uninams who had bountiful of energy is also limited to the artifact's ability, if they over use it, it'll break or wear off. Because they have no aura system, there is no way for them to use magic without the power of an artifact.
Magical Warriors are favored by Immortals, at times they are given an important choice to make a wish, depending on what their wish is, if it backfires, it can transform them into a Symbris, a creature of despair and regret, but at times it can also ascend them to Deng/Level 5, the most powerful form of a magical warrior.

Symbris are created from failed wishes, at some point in time, a magical warrior will be asked what they want or what they'll choose be it in their dreams or in an incident in their life. If their miracle was misused or unsatisfied, they can turn into creatures of regret and misfortune.
Magical Warriors live around the same age as humans, some even younger, due to their usage of magic and past karma. But if they have gathered a lot of good karma in their previous life, they may live longer. Many believed that fate is set due to the culture of most Papilios but Umbras do not believe that fate is set. Though Immortals may interfere with mortal fates, sometimes their fates are too strong to be changed.
Magical Warriors outfits are usually decided by their affinities but also by their past. Some examples: Grey's outfit is armor because their whole life they were used to fighting, Kelly is a martial artist, therefore her outfit is derived from chinese traditional outfit. Their weapons don't necessarily follow their past but a weapon that one can be comfortable with. Each Magical Warrior has a Trinket, like a prize for reaching that level, one can do many things with it. It can be used to store any form of magic, it can store weapons, protect people and alert them when certain auras walk nearby it. So long as the caster is still alive, the trinket will forever be there.
Trinket locations are usually places that are meaningful, Grey has their trinket on their belt as a symbol of being resourceful while Kelly has their trinket on her chest as she has a big heart. Trinkets can be shaped, other than the common oval, circle, diamond and triangle shape, there is also wing shape, star shapes and many more that follows their affinity.
In Papilio's military, there are some with uniforms but there are some who didn't have uniforms. Hondo (Mland) and Alitura (Nature) both do not have uniforms, generals are usually level 4 with fully fledge wings, in Hondo, generals are given stars to hang around their trinket or weapon, and Marshals have a charm according to their trinket shape. In Alitura, cloaks are given to generals and Marshals, from 1 star to 4 star (for generals) 5 stars (for marshals) which are embroidered into their cloak's sleeve.
In Tenebris (dark), dark grey armour are given to soldiers along with a utility belt, generals and marshals are the only ones with no uniform. In Caelum (sky), the armor is ranked from bronze, silver, gold and platinum. In Aecor, everyone in the army gets gold armour
In Iota, Uninams MWs are all donned in purple cloak, the green cloak ones are the leaders and very sus.
There are no badges and weapons that have ranking, only level 3 magical warriors have their own weapons, levels below that can only use magic. Trinket shapes are just an extra thing. Below is a list of different weapons and artifacts and their owners.

- Their colours also correspond to their affinity, grey: psychic, red/orange: fire, blue: water, purple: weather, green: nature, yellow: light.
- Magical Warrior outfits do not matter in terms of gender, if they are a strong willed martial artist, it doesn't matter what gender they are they will get an outfit corresponding to that description. For example, Kelly wears a male martial arts robe as there are no female martial artists in the past.
Elementals are basic magic affinities, about 80% of Papilios have this affinity and most of the time, the rate of having a second affinity is higher. Elements are a sign of life, usually those with element affinities are strong personalities with passions and dreams of their own that they hold very dear. Their aura colors can be very colourful and volatile, with symbols that contains not only their element but also things they are around a lot. For example Kelly has traces of nature here and there because she hangs out with Mary the most often, or Carter with ships as they often go cruising.
Physical Affinities, surprisingly isn't all that common, only about 10% of them have this affinity. Physical affinities include increase in strength, speed, agility and changing form into different matter or creatures and form. Physical Affinities have no confidence in the area they are affinity to, this is because they care a lot of that particular aspect and worry about doing well. Often, their affinities are found after an incident that left huge regret. For example, Oriole was scared that she wasn't strong enough to protect the people she loved, she got a huge strength boost from her affinity. Their aura colors are usually dull colors with a wave pattern. Physical affinities are very likely to have elemental affinities as well given how passionate the 2 are.
Psychic the rarest affinity, making up less than 1% of the Papilio population. They are very sought after in Papiliosidus, psychics include anything relating to the mind but mind control isn't an affinity, rather siren voice, empathy, cleansing, creature communication and telekinesis are the only known psychic affinities. There are no magic that can control other people's mind, only read brain waves and amplify one's brain waves, strong enough to lift objects. More often Psychics do not have another affinity but is great at learning magic nonetheless due to their affinity being their minds, they concentration power is far greater than other affinities. Psychics are the empathetic, seldom selfish and rather mind freaks, some may call them intelligent, some creative, some even crazy. Their aura colors are usually colorful but also in harmony and with pulsating motion.
Dimensional affinities are the second rarest, a close 9% of the Papilio population. Papilios that have dimensional affinities are usually summoners and seers / prophets, another affinity sought after in Papiliosidus. Soul Manipulation, a dark magic is considered dimensional affinity. Dimensional Affinities are still expanding and is most likely to be dark magic as dimensional manipulation is supposed to be an Immortal-only power, everytime something is summoned, it's like wind blowing down their curtains, some Immortals don't bother, some Immortals find it annoying. So those with dimensional affinities are more likely to meet an Immortal, that may not necessarily be a good thing given they are notorious for giving challenges.

Dimensional: Summoning (Ultra rare - Mystical Creatures [Alicorns, Unicorns, Yurui - Mammal hybrid], Super Rare - Papilio Magical Creatures [Pegasus, Dragons, Phoenixes], Rare - [Doves, Owls, Whales, Sharks, Lions and Butterflies], Common - rest of the animals on earth), Prophecy Reading, Mediumship, Dream Travelling, Teleportation.
There are different ways to figure out one's affinity, some use water that reflects a person's aura, some can identify using aura vision, some uses prophets or personality tests, some might just know by watching them fight or use magic.
Affinities may change over time, but it's rare, unless there is a major change in one's values, it is not as simple as if you're not passionate anymore or cannot stand fire anymore, you cannot have fire affinity, if you still can find passion in something else or is still searching, you can still have that fire affinity as strong as you were when you were passionate. It takes complete depression with no light no emotion or nothing can make you passionate anymore for you to lose that affinity.
