Sundial

Allows B'runi to briefly jump forwards or backwards through time, up to thirty seconds (five minutes by EW). Can potentially change the course of events, assuming B'runi is able to react quick enough. Only able to be activated during the day. Turns her eyes bright yellow when used.

Summoning

Bears an inherent aptitude for the art of Summoning. Unlike most other Arcanists and Summoners, B'runi's Carbuncles are able to persist for long periods of time after summoning, even after B'runi changes classes. In periods of duress, this ability also allows her to summon shades in the shape of her allies to her side to fight alongside her. Following the events of Shadowbringers 5.3, B'runi gains the ability summon a pair of golden wings, though she has yet to learn how to consistently call upon them.

Echo

As one of Hydaelyn's chosen, B'runi bears the ability known as the Echo, an ability of unknown potential with a myriad of effects that vary user to user. Chief among these is the ability to allow the user to peer into the past through the memories of others, albeit not at will. While the user is unable to interfere or alter these events, she is able to experience the emotions felt by those in the moment and gain information she would not otherwise. These visions are not limited by time either, with at least one vision taking place thousands of years prior to present day. An additional effect is the ability to understand and speak the language of any species with a soul, allowing B'runi to speak with species such as the dragons or Ascians, which would not be possible otherwise. She's also able to perceive otherwise invisible entities, notably the Ascians, that others are unable to detect or see. The Echo also shields B'runi from tempering and allows her to shield others from it as well, albeit the latter requires great exercision on her part. The full extent of the Echo's powers is unknown, but seems to grant preservation of the soul, amongst other things, as evidenced by B'runi's inability to die in her first fight against Lahabrea.

Tough, Reckless, and Stubborn

Due to her past as a pirate, B'runi has a tough exterior that can take a few hits. She's also easily excitable and reckless. This disregard for her own well being and lack of awareness of the goings on around her cause her to collide into walls and fall into holes quite a bit. B'runi is quite stubborn and typically can't be convinced out of something once she's set her heart and mind to it. In times like this, she will only listen to the words (and sometimes force) of those she trusts. Additionally, as of Endwalker, her reckless nature has come to haunt her, as she lost her right ear during a fight and now can no longer hear from it.

Pets

B'runi has three pets she can call to her aid when needed. Her primary and oldest companion is her Red Carbuncle, Agate. They have accompanied her since she began her journey as an Arcanist and, due to B'runi's summoning abilities, are able to persist for long periods of time and act indepently of B'runi. B'runi affectionally calls them "Carby" or "Buncle".

Her second oldest companion is her lavendar Chocobo, Blazi. She wears Ala Mhigan Barding and is a trained fighter than often engages in combat alongside B'runi. She is also mates with Skye's Chocobo, Ken.

Finally, following the devastating incidents of the Vault, B'runi helped to free the Unicolts kept in the building from the somewhat unsavory holy water trade. One colt became particularly attached to B'runi and eventually became her pet. Named Gwayne, B'runi began to raise him and the colt has since grown into a fully fledged Unicorn. While he's not combat trained, Gwayne is capable of flight and runs a bit faster than Blazi, making him B'runi's preferred mount of choice when she's in a hurry.

Before the Adventure

B'runi descends from the Boar Miq'ote clan. Located near Ala Mhigo, the Boar clan inherited many of the traits that the nearby city-state, including their reverence of Rhalgr, the Destroyer, and bedtime stories of the "Crimson Duelists" that resisted the tyranny of the mad king, Theodric. Following the fall of Ala Mhigo to the Garleans, the Boar clan quickly found itself as the next target, set to be consumed due to its proximity to the city-state. In order to ensure the survival of his people, B'runi's father, B'masna Nunh, orchestrated an evacuation effort for all the women and children. Faced with the toughest decision of her motherhood yet, in order to ensure the survival of her children, B'runi's mother, B'yandih Jhida, separated them. B'runi, along with many other members of the Boar clan, were left in the care of a pair of old pirates that B'yandih had previously befriended during his adventuring years: Captains Wuntwilf Merlzirnsyn and Ankabhyda Grymkoelwyn.

Life on the pirate's ship wasn't easy, but it had its moments. On board the vessel, B'runi was able to forge a lifelong bond with the captains' only daughter: Lynatwyr Wuntwilfwyn. Thick as thieves, the two became among the most valuable members of the pirate ship's members. After all, no one is able to resist the eyes of miq'ote child coupled with the brute strength of a young sea wolf. The coastline of Vylbrand quickly became B'runi's new home, with her memories of Ala Mhigo long faded outside of the stories the other members of her clan would share over dinner.

Then Dalamud began its descent. In the wake of the moon's fall, the beast tribes of Eorzea began to panic and summon their primal deities in an effort to protect them from the oncoming Calamity that was to befall the land. Among these were the gods of the Sahagin and Kobolds of La Noscea: Leviathan and Titan. The two rival deities began to clash, threatening to sink the entire island if naught was done. As bureaucracy and in-fighting prevented a quick response from the military parties of Limsa Lominsa, it was the independant pirates that rose first instead, lead by none other than the Captains of the Golden Navigator: Wuntwilf and Ankabhyda. Gathering the crew, younger members were to remain behind in Limsa Lominsa while a majority of the crew would sail out to confront the primals before they unleashed a tidal wave that would sink the entirety of Vylbrand. It was a suicide mission. Despite optimstic hopes, B'runi and all those who stayed behind knew that this would be the last time they would ever see their crewmates alive. They would watch as the ship sailed out with many others, a band of pirates with nothing but their swords and their cannons, prepared to give their all in a fight against a pair of gods. They would watch as The Golden Navigator, a scourge of the sea and symbol of freedom both, was cracked in half by the weight of the land heaving beneath Titan's feet, and then drug under the waves by Leviathan. It would stick with them for years to come as the day hundreds of pirates became martyrs.

The Calamity struck shortly thereafter. The remaining crew was never the same, least of all B'runi. While she stuck around for the reformation of the pirate band underneath Lynatwyr, now aboard the vessel called the Wuntwilfwyn's Revenge, B'runi found herself struck with a sense of something else. Something more. Between the bedtime tales of "Crimson Duelists" and the stories of the many adventurers in Eorzea, B'runi grew an intense desire to become an adventurer herself. Eventually, two decades after the fall of Ala Mhigo, and five years after the Calamity, she disembarked in Limsa Lominsa to join the Arcanist guild.

A Realm Reborn

Beginning life anew in Limsa Lominsa may not have been B'runi's best option at first glance. Recognized from her wanted posters right away, the local Yellowjacket force was quick to accuse her of being a scout for the rest of her crew. Not to hear any of it though, a local innkeep was quick to remind them that the city's very own Admiral was once a fierce pirate as well who only turned over a new leaf in the wake of the Calamity, so why shouldn't others be afforded the same? To help set her on her way, the innkeep set B'runi on a course for the Arcanist guild and put her in connection with a gentleman by the name of Skye from the Marauders guild, who was to serve as her bodyguard.

The two swiftly set about to tasks around La Noscea, aiding those in need both within the city limits of Limsa Lominsa, and in the neighboring areas as well. It wouldn't be long before their efforts were recognized and the two were sent abroad to visit the other city-states of Gridania and Ul'dah as diplomats of the Admiral herself. They were also contacted by a secret society known as the Scions of the Seventh Dawn, as B'runi's ability known as the Echo had not escaped the watchful eyes and listening ears of their La Noscea representative: Y'shtola Rhul. Enlisting B'runi for her ability and Skye as her bodyguard, the two would be deployed along with two other new recuits, Su'a Khao and Bi'tala Nunh, to deal with a rising Amalj'aa threat in Thanalan.

Following some espionage in Camp Drybone, the group of four managed to tail a traitor to a meeting with the Amalj'aa, only to find it an ambush. While they were able to fend off a great number of their ambushers, eventually, B'runi and the others were overtaken by a slumber spell and found themselves along with the soldiers that had accompanied them in the Amalj'aa's captivity. Wanting to bring more into their ranks, the Amalj'aa presented the group to their god, Ifrit, so that he could bring them into their thrall. Desperate to ensure they could escape, Skye presented a plan to B'runi that would involve him sacrificing himself to create an opening, that B'runi and the others might get away. B'runi adamantly refuse, realizing in that moment she'd rather go down together wtih Skye than leave him behind. Together, they braced for the end of their free will. However, when Ifrit expelled his firey breath onto the four, they were all shocked to discover that unlike their soldier companions, none of the four had been tempered. Not to waste an opportunity, the group of four faced down the deity and slew him, earning their freedom and their lives. During the trek back, they would stop for rest at the Drake Clan in Southern Thanalan. While there, B'runi would confess to Skye that she had developed romantic feelings for him but made it clear that it was okay if he didn't feel the same. Skye, perplexed by the sudden admission, agreed to think on it, and said that regardless of her feelings, they could stay companions, as he enjoyed adventuring alongside her. B'runi was delighted by this answer and, in turn, allowed Skye to begin caling her by her true name, Runi.

Upon returning to the Waking Sands, the group would learn that it was the Echo that had shieleded them, though Minfilia would be a bit perplexed as to how it managed to protect not just Su'a and B'runi, who actually had the Echo, as well as Skye and Bi'tala. Not to look a gift chocobo in the mouth, they would count it among their good blessings and resume their work. B'runi would then tour the various Grand Companies and ultimately choose to join the Immortal Flames, before being deployed along with her companions to check on the Sylphs in the Twelveswood. B'runi was a bit begrudged over it all, not eager to spend much time with Bi'tala, as she had come to learn he had her long lost brother of which she harded extremely complicated feelings towards. This was only made worse by the realization that the East Shroud was also the location of the small village the Boar Clan refugees had set up in their ground based flight from Ala Mhigo. But, this did not stop B'runi from doing her due diligence and assisting the Sylphs in their plight. Following a quest to rescue the elder and a brief encounter with the Ascian, Lahabrea, the group would be assured that Ramuh was of no threat to be summoned at this time and would return to the Waking Sands with such assurances.

No sooner had the group returned to the Waking Sands that they went send abroad once again, this time to La Noscea. Accompanied by Lynatwyr, the group would find themselves at the behest of the Admiral, who informed them that the local Kobold population had summoned Titan, and given their ability to vanquish Ifrit, she was hoping they could do the same for Titan. The request notably didn't sit very well with Lynatwyr or B'runi, given their traumatic history with the primal, but ultimately they accepted and the group began to track down the means to find and dispell Titan. After proving their worth to the former Company of Heroes that helped in putting down Titan in the past, a feast was held for the group, during which Skye would approach B'runi with a confession of his own. After taking time to think on it, coupled with the prospect of potentially losing B'runi, Skye had come to realize that he did reciprocate her feelings, and asked her to be his girlfriend. B'runi, in her excitement, accidentally elbowed Skye in the nose, but after hastily tending to the wound, happily accepted.

Not wanting to push their luck on tempering, B'runi and Su'a resolved to face the Lord of the Crags alone, with the others remaining above to fend off the kobolds. Unfortunately, this only added to B'runi's anxiety around the situation, as she found herself terrified of facing down Titan with only one ally by her side. Nevertheless, they carried on and came face to face with the primal beneath the surface of Outer La Noscea. It was a tough fight, with Titan's landslides making it far too easy for Su'a or B'runi to be sent flying off the platform and careening to their deaths. Luckily for them, despite the sun not being visible underground, this didn't hinder B'runi's Sundial, allowing her to reverse time and dodge the attacks if she was quick enough. This didn't make it any easier though, and in the end, the two were only able to succeed against Titan after Lynatwyr intervened, charging in and attack the primal with such a force that it revealed his heart and allowed for a powerful combined strike from B'runi and Su'a to do him in.

Expecting a warm welcome on their return to the Waking Sands, B'runi and her friends were greeted by nothing but blood, bodies, and despair. Coupled with an Echo vision of the events that had unfolded, the massacre proved too traumatic for B'runi. Thus, while Bi'tala and Su'a ventured to Camp Drybone and Little Solace to pursue leads of where to go next, B'runi remained on Lynatwyr's ship to try and rest and recover. They would return with two new companions, Cid and Alphinaud, and a new destination: Coerthas. Petitioning the aid of the locals, B'runi and Su'a would save a man named Lord Francel from death after he was framed as a heretic. And in return, Lord Francel and his dear friend, Haurchefant, would set them on their way to the Stone Vigil, where they would find the lost airship needed to face down the newly summoned primal, Garuda. Breeching her windy shield with an aether generator, the group would face down the Lady of the Vortex, only for her to be devoured by a new garlean machine upon defeat. With the new threat known as Ultima now embued with the power of three primals, the group knew they had to change course. A few of their companions had been kidnapped rather than killed during the massacre in the Waking Sands. Now more than ever, they needed to rescue them.

Setting out to Mor Dhona, the group infiltrated Castrum Centri disguised as imperials, where they successfully were able to rescue their fellow surviving Scions. However, during their escape, the group was stunned by the startling revelation that their dear friend and companion, Thancred, was actually the Ascian, Lahabrea, and that he had been the source of the massacre and other leaked information to the Garleans. Now, faced with an imminent invasion, the group split up and began to tackle the Garleans on multiple fronts. B'runi and Sua for their part, infiltrated and disposed of the forces in Castrum Meridianum before taking on the infamous Praetorium. Therein, they would face down Gaius and his Ultimate Weapon, ultimately defeating both. Not to have his plans ruined though, Lahabrea stepped in and faced the two in an impossible battle. It was abundantly clear that, despite being the Heroes of Eorzea, Su'a and B'runi were simply no match for Lahabrea, and the Ascian quickly grew bored of them. Intending to deal with them once in for all, he cast a powerful spell, Dark Meltdown, and set it upon the two to kill them. Ultimately, he somewhat succeeded, with B'runi taking the blast to shield Su'a, and dying on the spot, with Su'a left barely conscious from the attack. However, Hydaelyn, not content to let her campaigns fall so easily, filled them with the Blessing of Light, ultimately reviving B'runi and giving them the power to not only defeat Lahabrea, but purge him from Thancred's body. The battle successfully won, the two were able to flee the exploding Praetorium using a Magitek Reaper, and celebrate the momentous defeat with the formation of the Eorzean Alliance.

Following the fall of Praetorium, a wave of change swept across Eorzea as the Seventh Astral Era began. For B'runi, this meant a change of hair and in arms. While assisting in the migration the Scions of the Seventh Dawn's headquarters from the Waking Sands in Vesper Bay to the Rising Stones in Mor Dhona, B'runi met another Ala Mhigan miq'ote by the name of X'rhun Tia. One of the last remaining Red Mages in existence, he saw B'runi's potential in the art and agreed to help teach her the ways of the "Crimson Duelists" of her homeland. B'runi traded in her book for a blade and swiftly picked up the art, a natural at red magic. She honed her art through her adventures in the Crystal Tower, where she learned not just of the Allagans and their history, but also of the Cloud of Darkness. She also forged a friendship with a historian named G'raha Tia, one that was sure to surpass a lifetime after he was sealed into the tower. Shortly thereafter, Skye proposed to B'runi while on a trip to the hot springs in Outer La Noscea. The two were happily wed soonafter.

However, her duties as the Champion of Eorzea were far from over as beast tribes from all over began to summon their primals due to increased unrest across the continent. First, she and Su'a faced down Good King Moggle Mog XII, a primal whose origin was unlike any they had ever faced before. Then, after a failed attempt to interrupt the summoning, they were set to face down Leviathan, a creature whose very name struck fear into B'runi's heart. Yet, with Lynatwyr and her other friends at her side, B'runi was able to help avenge those that had been lost in the quest against Leviathan many years prior, and save Limsa Lominsa from sinking underneath a tidal wave. Then, it was Ramuh. Disturbed by the influx of refugees to their lands, the tempered Sylphs called upon their god who agreed to a test of strength against Su'a and B'runi. Bi'tala's bond with the Sylphs made this an especially important battle to him, and for the first time in a long time, it allowed B'runi to see him in a light she hadn't ever considered before.

With the rise in primals came the initiative to start another force to help handle them: The Crystal Braves. The concept was a bit over B'runi's head, but it sounded like a great idea to have more allies in their corner, so she was happy to assist Alphinaud however he needed her to get it set up. Then came the investigation of Snowcloak, and with it a new ally: Moenbryda. The striking Sharlayan quickly forged a strong bond with B'runi and Lynatwyr, albeit moreso with the latter than the former. B'runi found her knowledge fascinating and was always eager to learn from her whenever possible. With the scholar on their side, B'runi and Su'a were able to face down the infamous Iceheart and her heretic allies. Not to be so easily defeated, Iceheart summoned the Saint Shiva into her body, creating a powerful primal entity that needed to be defeated. While it was a challenge, the primal Shiva ultimately proved no match for Su'a and B'runi.

The victory, however, was short lived, as the looming rise of the wrathful dragon, Nidhogg, forced Su'a and B'runi to consult with the wyrmfather: Midgardsommer. Venturing into the Keeper of the Lake and scaling the tower made of Garlean tech, the two Champions of Eorzea eventually came face to face with the spirit of Midgardsommer. The wyrmfather was nothing if not cryptic. Not only were his words confusing and left the two with more questions than answers, but he also dimmed their blessing and tied himself to them as a small dragonet, intending to observe their worth as Hydaelyn's chosen.

Little did they know this was a grave indication of what was to come. Just as their blessings began to fall apart under the influence of Midgardsommer, so too did many of the other facets of the life that had come to be around them. First was the revelation that there was a spy within the ranks of the Immortal Flames who had been selling information not only to the Garleans, but also the Monetarists of Ul'dah and the heretics serving the Dravanian Horde. Worse yet was the revelation that Ivy's identity was that of Eline Roaille, the right hand of the Immortal Flames' general, a trusted ally and friend to all those who served under her, including B'runi. Then, the Ascians struck.

While out gathering more information on the aether in the land, Moenbryda, Su'a, and B'runi are confronted by an Ascian named Nabriales. Realizing the two champions have lost Hydaelyn's blessing, he strikes at the Rising Stones. The trio rush to intervene, stumbling upon the confrontation between Nabriales and Minfilia. Nabriales, not to be deterred, strikes Moenbryda with his dark magic and kidnaps Minfilia, forcing Su'a and B'runi to travel to another dimension to fight him in order to rescue her. While the battle is tough, they manage to defeat him and rescue Minfilia. Su'a and B'runi successfully manage to trap Nabriales within White Auracite, at Moenbryda's behest, but are unable to manifest enough aether to reform the blade of light necessary to destroy both the Auracite and Nabriales himself. Realizing they have no other options, Moenbryda opts to sacrifice herself, turning herself into pure aether to forge the blade and destroying Nabriales in the process.

B'runi refuses to accept this and rewinds time to before the sacrifice. She tries to talk Moenbryda down, convince her of other methods, but nothing deters the Sharlayan scholar. Again and again, B'runi turns back time, desperate to save Moenbryda like she had saved many others with the power of Sundial before. But nothing works. Despite all her pleeding and negotiating, the only time Moenbryda ever hesitates is at the mention of Lynatwyr, and even then, the possibility of what could be is not enough to shake Moenbryda from her course. This ultimately causes B'runi to realize she cannot alter this point in history, and with a heavy heart, she lets Moenbryda go, the pain of the loss just as heartwrenching as it was the first time.

Then, the Crystal Braves begin to fall apart, with everything coming to a head at a banquet with the Sultanate in Uld'ah. While meeting with Sultana Nanamo Ul Namo, she collapses, presumably poisoned via her wine. Su'a and B'runi, the only other people in the room, are framed for the assassination. Dragged out in front of the banquet, the Scions and other members are shocked as an all out brawl ensues following the revelation that the Sultana is dead. The Scions quickly seize the opportunity to escape, fleeing the Royal Promenade and entering the Sil'dih Aqueducts below the city. Little by little, the Scions progressively remain behind to stay the advance of the Brass Blades as B'runi and Su'a continue their plight towards Central Thanalan. By the time they escape the aqueducts and make their way towards Black Brush Station, all that remain are Su'a, B'runi, and their partners, but even this does not last long. Bi'tala breaks away first, the man declaring it his duty as a Nunh to protect his mate and his sister. Then, as B'runi and Su'a come upon a waiting carriage commandered by Vice Marshal Pipin Tarupin, Lynatwyr and Skye resolve to stay behind as well, knowing they'd be extra unnecessary weight that would only slow their partners down. With heavy hearts and many tears, B'runi and Su'a board the carriage and are whisked away to a waiting airship, where they take flight towards Coerthas.

Heavensward

Arriving in Coerthas, B'runi and Su'a were welcomed in the open arms of a friend, Lord Haurchefant Greystone. Set up in a new headquarters in Camp Dragonhead known as the "Falling Snows", they quickly sought refuge with the Fortemps family and were welcomed into the secluded city-state of Ishgard. It was cold, unfamiliar, and worst of all, lonely. The Scions of the Seventh Dawn were scattered to the winds, with only Alphinaud and Tataru by their sides as B'runi and Su'a took up life among the many religious Elezens.

Shadowbringers

Being flung to the First was a disorienting experience, to say the least. While initially captivated by the beauty of Lakeland's purple flora, B'runi quickly became aware of how dangerous a world they had arrived in when the first person they met on the road was devoured by a creature known as a Sin Eater. Even stranger still was the familiar sight of the Crystal Tower and a sprawling city around it that the two came to learn was called the Crystarium. Upon making entry to the Crystarium, B'runi and Su'a encountered a Viera soldier who happily showed B'runi around the place she would be calling home for the duration of her visit to the First. After showing her the fish and cooking her a warm meal, B'runi realized she recognized the dish and spices as Dalmascan and a tearful reunion with her husband soon ensued. B'runi was initially very distraught to discover that in the few short weeks he had been gone from the Source, Skye had been stranded on the First for five years, taking up life as a soldier in the Crystarium. However, she was excited to be with him once again and vowed to set things right so they could both return home.

Additionally, while in the Crystarium, B'runi and Su'a were briefed on the situation at hand and what role they would play in the world at large. As one of the thirteen shards of the Source, the First was teetering on the brink of rejoining with the Source, killing everyone on it. This came in the Flood of Light that was halted by Minifilia and the Warriors of Darkness some hundred years prior. However, the prescence of Light Wardens and Sin Eaters pushed the balance ever closer to the edge and heightened the risk of the rejoining. The Crystal Exarch, the mysterious leader of the Crystarium, had been working for a long time to ensure this wouldn't happen, both for the people of the First and the people of the Source, and it was he who called both Su'a and B'runi to the First to rectify that. However, the summoning spell was not perfect, and in the process he accidentally also called those close to them, resulting in many of their friends being stranded on the First as well. In an effort to make the Warriors of Light's jobs easier, the group spread across the First, taking up residence in different areas to assist in the patrolling and information gathering. They would have to gather them throughout their journeys in order to make headway on the Sin Eater problem.

Prior to departing to their first destination, the Crystal Exarch compelled B'runi and Su'a to stop by the markets, where they were able to meet two pixies that frequented the Crystarium: Bell Ini and Tetro Tex. Not familiar with pixies, the initial meeting with the two was already strange, but it became even odder when it became evident that Bell and Tetro knew Su'a and B'runi. At least... sort of. Between Bell claiming she had previously dated Su'a and Tetro claiming fae was best friends with B'runi, it left the two more confused than anything else. Still, the two agreed to make a pact bonding them, allowing the pixies to deliver messages in their stead to the Source while on the First.

From there, the two set out for Khoulsia to track down the first of the stranded Scions: Alphinaud.

While they got off a bit rough in their initial meeting on the Source, after being forcibly stuck together on the First, B'runi and Renda-Rae began to bond over their mutual love for apples, music, and more. B'runi came to greatly treasure Renda-Rae's presence and insight, as well as her musical accompaniment when she was feeling down. Their bond was only strengthened once B'runi set out to vanquish Andreia, the Cardinal Virtue Sin Eater that had taken over Renda-Rae's corpse, and acquired her crystal. While B'runi knows that Renda-Rae is not truly gone, she does greatly miss having her by her side to talk to and get advice from. Following the events of 5.3, B'runi believes her white face stripes are a final gift from Renda-Rae to remind B'runi that they'll always be together.

Tetro Tex [ Pacted, Ancient Friends ]

Upon meeting him on the First, B'runi found Tetro a bit strange, but forged a pact with him at Sua and the Crystal Exarch's urgings. Since then, she's become quite fond of Tetro, calling upon fae in times of need and counsel. This bond was greatly strengthened following the revelations of ShB, where the truth of their past relationship was revealed to B'runi. While initially hurt and confused by the truth, Tetro's support through it all caused B'runi to realize that no matter who or what the two of them were, B'runi could always count Tetro as an ally.

B'onggo Ingo [ Half-Sibling, Former Crewmate ]

Half-siblings with the same father, B'onggo and B'runi grew up together abroad The Golden Navigator. Due to them being younger, B'onggo greatly looked up to B'runi, so B'runi always did her best to set a "proper" example for them. Ultimately, it was her departure from the crew that prompted B'onggo to re-evaluate their own life choices and pick up both arcanism and alchemy. B'runi was extremely proud of their sibling as they continued to excel not only in magical arts, but also discover themself through their various fields of study. B'onggo even attributes B'runi as the reason for the creation of their special Purple Carbuncle. B'runi loves B'onggo dearly and regularly checks in on them even if they aren't together physically.
