Echo has a wide variety of style, with their work uniform being clean, form-fitting, and bright colors, and their casual clothes being more muted and looser.

Has a bad habit of making self deprecating jokes, slightly socially awkward, loud, never takes things seriously. They show their discomfort with people by acting TOO comfortable. Despite all this, Echo is invited to social gatherings all the time. Echo knows it's because of their status but doesn't feel too bad, after all, they're still being invited and Echo is probably gonna go.

Echo is motivated by pride. What outcome is going to make Echo look the best ? This isn't entirely selfish, as much of their pride is also based on their family legacy, so by making Echo look good, they make the Ellocast name look good !
You would think Echo's mostly motivated by creating and other "science-related things." but innovation was more the alley of their predecessor. Echo's job as a clone is to clean up the reputation left behind. And make it even better >:-)
This relationship Echo has with pride is a two way lane, because the pride received pushes Echo in their actions.

Story
Backstory
Clone of the founder of the Ellocast Project, Echo was created to take over the position that their prototype Dr. Cloud Ellocast has made for themselves. Echo grew up getting accustomed to the project, working to earn the title instead of merely inheriting it. It had been rough for Echo, being stabbed by one of the subjects with half the subjects being removed from the project, and the remaining three becoming hostile towards Echo. Echo earned their trust and admiration over the years, despite Cloud treating them harshly. After that, things went well since Echo grew attached to the subjects, most notably Sean, who was considered the best out of the trials.
Current Story
When one of the subjects escaped and killed Cloud in the process, this left Echo to deal with the responsibilities. At least Echo got the role as a councilman as a result, but life has been stressful since Cloud's "disappearance". With only Celeste and Sean left, Echo will do anything to protect them.
Echo has a habit on wanting to "fix" people, quite literally in the physical sense. While making sure Sean stays out of trouble, Echo likes to test new serums on him and Celeste, and has recently taken a liking to figuring out their new friend Nathan's mutations. Echo plans on "extracting" the mutation not only to study it, but to help Nathan's condition (and perhaps help him in taking rulership in Evelow.)
What's to come
Someday Echo is going to suffer for their predecessor's crimes. Echo is pushing that day back as far as they can.

former advisor to Echo's predecessor, Nathan and Echo become closer when said predecessor dies tragically and Echo needs the help to cover up the crime (no Echo didn't do it, but it's a messy situation) and, idk, some moral support. Eventually the two start to fall in love and secretly date.
Sean was Cloud's favorite subject, and that love transferred over to Echo who is extremely protective over Sean. They may be a little afraid of him, but that's because they truly believe what Sean is capable of either protecting the world or wreaking havoc to it.
