Ryouga Hisakawa was the previous emperor of the Oceanic empire, husband to Onarumi Hisakawa and father to Kyuuren Hisakawa. Beloved by his people for issuing in an age of peace after forcefully seizing the throne from his father, Moroyama Hisakawa. Remembered for his kindness, gentle nature, and wisdom, he was considered irreplaceable. Though the Krocean genocide took place during his rule, he was also the one who waged the war that crushed the enemy into submission and ceased the endless attacks. Expected to have a long and prosperous rule, Ryouga's early death came as a shock. To the outrage of many, the details were never released to the public and to this day it remains a hushed topic. Wild speculation run rampant, but none could say for certain.
