Moroyama Hisakawa, father of Ryouga Hisakawa and grandfather to Kyuuren Hisakawa. Tyrannical, known as The Demon of the Sea or alternatively The Crimson Dragon. Throne was usurped by his son. Certifiably insane and psychopathic, caused absolute devastation across the world during his reign & became maniacally obsessed with his son Ryouga. Murdered all of his siblings and any child that wasn't Ryouga. Worst dad ever award. The Empire is still healing from scars made during his rule.
