Gisilum Lucitus

Gisilum is a Giratina and the current keeper of the Distortion World, who flits between the two dimensions regularly to investigate the goings-on in the home world. Native to Sinnoh, he ends up popping up in a different place every time he visits the home world, so he's been just about everywhere in the Pokemon world at least once. He is generally fairly relaxed and even-tempered when caught at a good time, but he is quick to anger and very apt to react on impulse, leading to a lot of disasters in Sinnoh being caused- indirectly or otherwise- by Gisilum. He hates the reputation he's gotten as a furious destructor as a result, insisting that it's all a misunderstanding and he never actually means to hurt anyone. He's responsible for most of Sigurd's injuries and seeks to make it up to him somehow.

He gets along pretty okay with most of the Sinnoh pantheon, but he cannot hold a conversation with Arceus without a fight breaking out.
