Jasmine

Jasmine is a Purugly born in Sinnoh, who moved to Unova later in life. Despite her big, scary looks and her association with one of the meanest little gangs in Unova, she's actually very kindhearted and protective, especially towards those Pokemon that are smaller and weaker than her. "Pick on someone your own size!" is one of her favorite phrases. Jasmine would rather talk it out than get into a fight and tries to avoid altercations if possible, but if push comes to shove, whoever she's fighting is going to swiftly regret it- she's got a lot of muscle in those arms and she's not afraid to use it.

Jasmine got roped into Aubrey and Lenore's friendgroup by happenstance, because she was lonely and looking for friends. The pair thought they could put her sheer muscle to good use, so they put on an act to make her think she was getting something good. Alas, Jasmine took the bait almost immediately. She was a bit desperate- who could blame her? Unfortunately, Jasmine learned that she'd gotten a bad deal when the shifty cats showed their true colors later, threatening and blackmailing her to keep her from leaving. Afraid of what they could do to her, she kept silent, putting up with them and listening to everything they told her to do- but it was when they decided to bully a young, un-evolved Lynn that she finally had enough. Standing up for the frightened Electrike, she stepped in the way of Aubrey's oncoming attack and proceeded to furiously retaliate until they retreated, with egos just as bruised as their bodies.

Jasmine now hangs out with Lynn and Eirlys, finding that the two of them are much better to her and being much happier with her situation now. She was even there when Lynn evolved! She couldn't have been more proud.
