A retired Agent from The Organization. He lost his wife due to injuries aquired from working for The Organization, and he retired shortly afterwards. He's a proud dad of Thalia and Noah.

Noah has followed in his father's footsteps and now works at The Organization. Dean hopes to become a mentor for Noah, and tries his best to protect Noah from what he went through.
