Adam (Ragna)

Left an orphan in the wild, Ragna was raised by a metabeast blade rex known as “Bladebreaker” as far back as he can remember. His weak sorian body wouldn’t be enough to survive amongst monsters, so out of a need for survival, Ragna’s adaptation “Wrath of the Wild” was manifested. Over time, Ragna’s body would naturally grow stronger, and provide animalistic attributes and instincts from various creatures he’s encountered frequently, turning him into an apex predator of a man. Unfortunately, that strength wouldn’t be enough as another metabeast killed Bladebreaker, leaving Ragna wounded and helpless to stop it. Out of grief and rage, Ragna’s adaptation absorbed the power of Bladebreaker, turning his skin rough and durable, and giving him the power to wield devastating blue flames. Ragna’s outrage would quickly catch the attention of Solaris, where he was eventually defeated and taken in.

Now, Ragna has become a gladiator, seeking to rectify his failure for saving his father by becoming the strongest there is. Stronger than legends like Tiamat or Selena, and certainly strong enough to never lose anyone he cares about again.

Ragna is a very outgoing but eccentric man who only cares about two things: Food and Fighting. All he wants is to eat meat and get into fights that push his limits even further than the last. Otherwise, he is a very socially inept person that makes blunt yet earnest attempts to be nice. Ragna will speak his mind, not from a place of malice, but from sheer naïveté

Ragna‘s body will absorb the strength and abilities of creatures he kills, alongside their ferocity. There is often an immediate rise in hostility in the short term that goes away, but prolonged exposure or consumption of other animals or people can lead to permanent alterations to Ragna’s biology, such as his increased size and him getting fire powers and durable skin from Bladebreaker.
