Nevy is a resident from Mt. MoRay who works in Biv City in a clothing store. He has a quick misunderstanding with Lolo and Shelly that results in a friendship eventually. He's pretty chill and avoids trouble and complicated things.
He's one of the morays that have access to Biv City, therefore he doesn't hunt crab pals and other creatures. In fact, he's a bit of a coward. Not only that, but he gets mocked on by Turret's group.
