Sorbet is an architect and Mitty's coworker. He's also Mitty's ex and they have a very complicated relationship with many break ups and returns. Though he's still very in love with Mitty, he keeps it to himself.
He's a strange and enigmatic figure because he's very unpredictable. He likes toying with the crab pals and saying he'll eat them, despite never actually attempting to do so.
He lives in Mt. MoRay and has a younger brother called Nago, but they live in different houses. His parents are very chill and are actually vegetarians. He's also close friends with Bora and Kiwi.
Nevy, Kiwi, Sorbet and Nago are in the "good" group that have access to Biv City and don't hunt. Sorbet is the biggest moray among the known ones in Mt. MoRay but he only uses his size to give rides to smaller sea pals and his little brother.
