Clippa is the daughter of Swatch and Spamton, born after her parents had settled down in Castle Town after the events of Deltarune.
Being a hybrid, Clippa struggles to identify as either a Swatchling or an Addison, often finding herself torn with trying to figure out what she wants to do with her life.
Clippa has a love for drawing, but she also really enjoys the idea of being able to sell things when she grows up, and as such, she has picked up an interest in drawing Clip Art styled pictures which she intends on using for her future ads.
Clippa is named after Clip Art. Her parents weren't very creative with names
Her glasses and general blue and purple palette are actually a hue shift from Spamton's pink and yellow glasses.
Her eyes are greyish blue like Spamton's. (Specifically my version of him)
Despite primarily passing as a Swatchling, Clippa has a puppet body much like Spamton, while only having feathers on her head, neck and tail. This is something she is very insecure about.

Is short as a kid, about the the same height as Spamton (1 meter tall), but she grows up to be about the size of a tall Addison, but significantly small for Swatchling standards.
Has segmented wing hands.
Looks slightly androgynous.
Has round cheeks similar to Spamton.
Eyes and mouth are very stylized and kind of do the Peppa Pig thing with the angle they show up in.
Clippa's dad who will bite your kneecaps if you even dare direct a rude word in her general direction. They're very close but she does wish he wasn't so overprotective over her.
A slightly stricter parent, though they both have a lot of hobbies in common and enjoy doing art. They taught her good manners but Clippa can't help but still be a little clumsy and awkward.
The mom friend. For someone who doesn't have any children, he was really good at helping. Clippa has nice memories of him, but he's also a bit too much.
Flash took a newborn baby Clippa skating once and Spamton nearly had a heart attack while Swatch forbid them from ever interacting without supervision. Flash is Clippa's favourite uncle even though he's a terrible influence.
A bit socially awkward, Click is a workaholic and is a bit lacking in social skills. Clippa admires his work but does wonder if they could interact more.
The babysitting uncle along with Banner. He keeps trying to teach her Addison stuff, but Clippa is too much of a scatterbrain to keep up with any of it. aLSO SHE'S A CHILD
Much to Spamton's dismay, they have met. Clippa doesn't know their full history and just thinks Mike is a nice but kind of weird tiny chatty old man/creature. He often asks how her dad is doing.
For a mute TV, Host is surprisingly good with children. Clippa thinks they're nice and fun but she does have a bit of trouble understanding them sometimes.
