Celendra oversees the day-to-day of the spirit library run by Mythias. She’s a pillar of efficiency, in contrast to Mythias’s unorganized mess of a lifestyle. She keeps meticulous records of all books, scrolls, models, and whatever else passes in an out of the library.
She’s blunt and humorless, and the best one can hope for from an interaction is neutrality. She’s never friendly to guests, rarely friendly with Mythias, and can only be said to like Genesis. Human social status means absolutely nothing to her, and every person is equally likely to earn her disdain. She clearly does not want to help anyone, but is obligated to, and if you ask for anything she will make it very clear you are inconveniencing her.

Summary
If asked how Celendra became staffed at the Library, Mythias starts to sweat and quickly leaves. Asking Cel herself will earn an absolutely frigid, “That’s none of your business”, and her ire for the rest of time.
Design
• Please downsize her boobs, they're a bit too large in her OG refs
• Celendra can be drawn in either their winter (purple) or summer (red) coat. Anthro or Feral form is fine, she switches between the two.
• Her horns are asymmetrical, the one of her right being larger.
• Her summer (red) coat has much shorter fur than the winter one. Winter Cel can be drawn with MAXIMUM FLUFF, while summer Cel is sleeker and lacks a large mane/chest poof.
Trivia
• Celendra loves pomegrantes. They’re her favorite food, but she rarely has them because they’re both a hassle and a mess, and she usually has documents in her hands.
• She’s incredibly ticklish, especially on her sides. She’s also incredibly strong, far stronger than she looks, and testing the former will earn some firsthand experience of the latter.
• She swaps between her forms at will, but spends most time being more humanoid, usually only changing for the rare times she needs to travel, or jump to a very high shelf.
• No one is sure when or where Cel sleeps. She might not.

Mythias
Her superior in title only, Mythias has never seemed to let Cel’s frigid demeanor get in the way of having a jovial office relationship, much to her dismay. She runs the library with very little oversight from Mythias, though every now and then she brings the most dire situations to his attention to handle.
Genesis
Almost everyone can’t stand Genesis for being a holier-than-thou pompous ass. Cel, for some inexplicable reason, likes him. His visits to the library are rare, but the two always catch up like old friends when he does drop by. No one can figure out why this is. Celendra, however, knows its because she likes to observe him like a lab rat, and finds his complete lack of self-awareness and over-the-top air of condescention for everyone else extremely funny.
Seraphina
Though they met only briefly, the two quickly sensed kindred spirits in each other, both being tired of people's shit and a quiet wish for solitude. On the rare occasions Sera and Cel are together, they can be seen wordleslly drinking in close proximity to each other, and Cel treasures this immensely.
Saeta
The prime example of someone Cel cannot stand. Seata is overly curious and chatty, and find her so insufferably annoying she'll vanish on sight if Saeta is around.
