The counterpart of Kova (Not backed by any sort of magical or spiritual notions, Genesis just assumes that because they are Light and Kova is Shadow that they are counterparts, and several thousand years of arguing has not managed to budge them on this), Genesis is the spirit of Light and Purity. However, no one is really sure what exactly that means to them and how they upholds these standards.
They can bend light to their will, particularly the small notes that constantly flicker around them, and they spend a lot of time talking about pure and good they are, which they're pretty sure covers all the bases. Genesis is bored when the conversation isn't about them, and given the opportunity, will talk and talk and talk until stopped, because what they have to say is important. They are pretty and narcissistic, and take great joy in having what Kova does not.

Design
• His pupils are always crosses with pointed ends.
• In his humanoid form, he retains scales like his Unicorn form around his face, arms, and waist. His legs are completely horse-like and he has a long tail.
• Wears roman-inspired, loose robes, always in some shade(s) of purple and gold.
Trivia
• The only reason he has a humanoid form is he saw Kova do it and decided he could do it better. He claims that he keeps the horse-legs and tail because humans are unsightly creatures and they should know he's divine by sight alone, but truthfully he can't figure out how to change them and that annoys him.
• Talks with the same lilt and pacing as Chris Traeger (Parks and Rec)

Links
Kova
As spirits of near-equal age and opposite themes, Genesis enjoys tormeting Kova. Genesis is the more outright powerful of the two and both of them know it, so he gets away with bothering Kova. Genesis thinks he's a funny little man that's easy to annoy, and he greatly enjoys doing so.
Occasionally tries to break up Kova and his partner(s) because he thinks that's amusing and likes taking Kova's joy.
Celendra
Genesis isn't sure why the secretary of Mythias's library likes talking to him so much, but he does love attention, so he's happy to indulge her in talking excessively about himself.
Yvonne
After making a careless and crass comment about the dragon's dead lover, Yvonne nearly killed him in a fit of rage. Since then the spirit has had a healthy amount of respect and fear for the dragon and avoids her at all costs. These is possibly the only times Genesis shows any amount of self-awareness or humility.
Solaria
Being a mage who uses fire, and more importantly to Genesis, light magic, he took notice of Aria's craft and decided to make her his apprentice. She did not ask, nor did she accept his offer, but he still tells people that anyway, much to her irritation. He has taught her nothing and only annoys her when he remembers he has an 'apprentice' and pays a visit.
