He has ghostly abilities! Really all this means is he floats around instead of walking most of the time, since his ability to phase through things is limited in his human form. Though, like Tony, he dawns the disguise to hide his true identity (in most cases). Hector can be often found selling illicit and potentially dangerous goods. Not above petty crimes like theft, either.

Hector is energetic and cunning. Can show a remarkable intellect especially with hacking, but normally simply refuses to utilize his own brain. He's lazy and fun loving, often times forgoing the tasks Tony gives him in favor of whatever would be the most indulgent. Things tend to roll off his back and he rarely takes anything seriously. That said, he's actually fiercely loyal to Tony (and anyone else who's gained his trust). It seems their dynamic may be more than just "boss" and "henchman".
