Phil Samuel

BIO

Chazz's estranged cousin (one-sided, on Phil's end) and a freelance detective. Phil's a happy-go-lucky guy who runs his own detective company with his two co-workers/friends. He's mostly the beauty and charm of the group, but he's still great at coming up with plans on the spot. Honestly, he prefers doing things by instinct, but he can still work with a plan.

Phil can accidentally come off as dismissive at times, but most of the time, he truly does mean well. He just lets his passion get the best of him sometimes. He also can't take a hint, usually needing full explicitness rather than subtlety. Phil's also a huge flirt. However, he's rather hit-or-miss with it. 

He's trying to (re)kindle a friendship with Chazz, but he can't figure out what's bothering it... 

APPEARANCE

Phil has tan skin, bleached blonde, short hair with his roots showing, and a bleached goatee. He has a muscular dad bod and is pretty hairy. Similar to Chazz's hairstyle, he has a little swoop. He has some scars along his body as well, especially a nick on the bottom right of his chin. He has heterochromia, with a bright blue right eye and brown left eye and has a stud piercing on his right ear.

Phil usually wears business casual, during his work, but once he's out, he goes straight up casual, sometimes just wearing his undershirt as a top. He usually wears his business coat, which has many slots and pockets (usually filled with knives, but has other stuff as well.)
