Balthiere

Bally is an extremely shy elf who is so secluded that his in-demand wine is never associated with him, even when delivering it personally (and of course he never corrects anyone).
His demeanor is best summed up as 'invisible', and it's quite intentional. He dislikes confrontation, even if it comes from good intentions-- he will steer clear of someone who looks jovial and talkative to avoid small talk, for example.
He isn't a negative person who thinks little of others, but a very anxious sort. He prefers to give gifts of his efforts rather than speak on his gratefulness that others often provide, as he does not dress well or take care of his appearance, mistaken for an urchin or a lowly worker.

Bally's mother inherited the vineyard (he now owns) many centuries ago, and left it be to raise him and his siblings. He is the only one who was quite interested in the hard work it takes to keep it up.
Even after growing up and properly undergoing taking care of the vineyard, it is difficult, but to him, rewarding! He works hard, and is often alone in his tasks, so his chores start upon waking and last up until bed. It is clear that he is book-smart and has a green thumb with a knack for wine work, but is extremely sheltered beyond these specific things.
