Parasite Voids: Extras (Rii Watatsumi)

Jubei’s brother who was born around the same time as Nodoka by their parents Hokkori and Umi. He is quite big like Jubei, and shares his charismatic, gentle, yet clumsy air, but he’s more cocky and shows his confidence perpetually, like as if Jubei never grew out of his junior high phase. He's also more humorous and more quirky than his big brother, but he tries to play as if he's bigger than his quirks sometimes because he gets too flustered. He is also less courageous, but if the situation calls for it he will risk his safety. He lived in Sado, Niigata until fish market sales slowed down, and Umi's side of the family encouraged him to find bigger sales and endeavors in another prefecture so the Owatatsumi Fish Mart can find bigger reach. He moves to Kanzakai after getting in contact with Akiha through one of her news broadcasts.

As a child, him and Nodoka were very close. Though Rii is her uncle, he's more akin to a brother to her, being an annoyance and all included. He seeks to have a successful fish market in Kanzakai and explore city life. While not exactly on his agenda, he goes to the Pekopeko Chouchou Cafe during a comedy night and the woman hosting it catches his eye...maybe he should get a girl too, huh? He thinks about physical love too much, after all.
