Fiona believes Sage is definitely mysterious, but it's a mystery she's become quite comfortable with. She looks forward to Sage's visits in the spring, especially after a certain dream he showed to her that has allowed her to carry hope toward finding her mother. For this, she is eternally grateful to him.
The Berserker seen swinging an axe to protect those behind her. was Fate that allowed them to meet, but Possibility allowed her to make the choice to tread her own path. Sage hopes that Fiona will find what it is that she is looking for from what Fate allowed her to see.
Fiona's older cousin who she's been living with since the tragedy of three years ago. Being around him for so long, she knows there's someone deeply caring underneath that rough exterior. She occasionally tries to make him show it in the form of convincing him to apologize occasionally when he's snappy, but at the end of the day, she does love him for who he is. She deeply appreciates his help and willingness for her to stay, it's nice to have some place, or some people that you can always call home.
Felyx’s younger cousin who has been living with them since the tragedy of three years ago. Felyx might be a prickly person on the outside, but he deeply cares and feels for Fiona’s situation. He won’t admit it outright, but family is the most important thing to him, Fiona always has a place with him and Toby.
Fiona's younger cousin who she loves more than life itself. She does her best to actively listen to and encourage his passions, be they dragons, chickens, or anything that catches his eye! She is definitely worried for his future, but thinks for now, he deserves to simply be a happy kid.
Felyx is really good at swords. But Fiona is really good at axes, and Fiona is also really good at carpentry! Fiona is also really strong, and Fiona is a really good listener. Toby feels comfortable telling his older cousin secrets that he would not tell his older brother… This is a bond between cousins that cannot be broken.
Fiona considers Bailey to be her closest friend! They've known each other and played together since they were children, which results in them being stuck like glue when they both have free time. Fiona actively enjoys hearing Bailey's takes on the town gossip, but also knows how intuitive all of that info gathering makes her. She knows she can't keep her secrets about her mother or the rift for long, not from Bailey. She can only hope that when the time comes, Bailey will believe her.
While Bailey doesn’t have the best opinion of Felyx, Bailey does like Fiona. A close family friend, she considers Fiona to be her dear friend—after all, who else is going to listen to Bailey talk about all the latest about everything latest? Someone intuitive, Bailey feels that Fiona has a lot on her mind that spans farther than the borders of Wolfsbane… but what could it be?
Mateo has always been someone very caring and mature, even when they were kids. Fiona's always admired that maturity and desire to help those in need. She does her best to emulate that same care, not only for other villagers, but also for Mateo himself. She frequently stops by the inn not only to talk to Bailey, but to check and see if he needs any help as well. She worries that with him being so kind, he may stretch himself too thin for others.
Very calm and patient, and someone who believes deeply in helping those in need, Mateo was happy to do whatever he could to support Fiona during the tragedy that took place three years ago. His parents being close friends of her late father, he hopes that their closeness will continue into the future and that Fiona will be able to rely on him whenever she needs help.
Fiona's commander who she gives her upmost respect, obeying her every order. She's very grateful to Adler for allowing her to join the Troop and understanding her motivations are not purely revenge; but to prevent this tragedy from happening to others. She values Alder's willingness to tell the entire, brutal truth when needed, and how it can remain even with her empathetic nature. She won't say it, but it brings her the same kind of comfort that her father used to.
The intuitive commander of the Wolfsbane Troop believes that Fiona and Felyx are cut from the same cloth more literally than not. Adler worries about Fiona’s giving nature and about the things that drive her to the unknown. She hopes that Fiona will not be so quick to impulsively jump to conclusions on what she needs to do in order to move forward. While Adler wants to support Fiona, she hopes that Fiona will be open to that support not just because it’s the commander’s orders, but because she cares about her well-being.
Achilles is friendly and excited to have a new sparring partner- finally, someone else is excited about training! But he’s wary of sharing their true origins, at least not now. Maybe someday, when they’re closer. He understands the feeling of your parents' loss but also does not want to be pitied. You just want to talk about it. There's a guilt in his heart that weighs heavily on him, for relying so much on Fiona and the rest of Wolfsbane. Perhaps he is ready to open up and give the same trust they have in him. He really admires how leader-orientated Fiona is!
Jackie thinks Fiona is a very friendly person. Though she has only just met her she is excited to one day become good friends. Though she may not share Fiona's passion for physical training and being a morning bird, she enjoys having another friend to spend time with, and one who seems to think a lot like her at that. Jackie is also very curious about her lineage, as it seems incredibly clear Fiona's mother was from the island, and wants to tell her what the island is soon enough. Jackie sympathizes with Fiona's pain of having lost a parent, and hopes that she becomes comfortable enough with her and her friends in time to rely on and confide in them when things are troubling her. With everything that's happened, Jackie has found herself quickly growing close to and relying on Fiona just the same as everyone else. She's happy Fiona has chosen to travel with them, and wants to do everything she can to help her achieve her dreams. It's like Fiona represents everything Jackie dreamed the surface would be like, strong, kind, selfless and brave, she hopes she can be more like her someday.
As perhaps the most distrustful person in the party, he holds the same level of skepticism towards the Wolfsbane Troop as they do to the Pawn Brigade. After the Wolfsbane Troop's confrontation and Felyx's words that they don't owe anything to each other, and that they were lucky to even be alive, Lyev felt his mood turn sour. It was cruel of them to assume anything about the party and what they had been through, and it was wrong of the party to desperately seek their approval. Until the hostility from some of the members of the Wolfsbane Troop quells, Lyev will meet them with equal hostility.
With Fiona, he sees her serious efforts to try and get to know the party. He sees that where Felyx treats the party like Lyev treated Juniper at first, Fiona treats the party with empathy, kindness, and careful trust. Her confidence in her own strength to protect those she loves while also extending a hand to help others is true strength, and Lyev sees this. Maybe he could learn a thing or two from her.
The newest addition to the party, Juniper understands first hand what it feels like to be the designated 'New Guy' and how it feels to not feel like you truly belong yet. But unlike Juniper, Fiona has a much more present and loud personality, and in the time they spent together Juniper has grown to like Fiona. He hopes that he can be useful to her the same way he is to anyone.
