PERSONALITY
Snap is a goofy, carefree and somewhat mischievous kid. He loves attention, and strives to make people laugh. He’s extroverted and talkative, and will easily strike up a conversation with a stranger or come up with a topic; he’s prone to speaking before he thinks, however, and can sometimes put his foot in his mouth. He enjoys teasing and playfully messing around with his friends, but ultimately means well, and will apologize if he realizes he's gone too far.
Snap has an easygoing and laid-back attitude, always having something to say to lighten the mood, and rarely gets angry or loses his cool. He can be somewhat insecure at times, but doesn’t like dwelling on it, preferring to cast them aside and crack a joke instead to not bring down the mood. He tends to be physically affectionate, prone to hugs and wrapping an arm around a friend's shoulders.
Though he can be a bit of a troublemaker and doesn't always take things seriously, Snap is clever and a fun and reliable friend. He likes trying new things, always on the lookout for something fun and new to do, often dragging his friends into shenanigans.
POWERS
Snap has ice powers; he's capable of creating ice and snow. He mostly uses them to have fun, and his most regular uses for it are making snow sculptures and sliders, practicing snowboarding and shooting unprompted snowballs at his friends. He also likes messing around with them to see how they work in different circumstances.
Trivia
- He likes skateboarding (he calls his skateboard the Snapboard) and playing video games.
- He often has his camera on him to take goofy pictures and record videos (or ask a friend to do it for him).
- He's adopted, and his moms run a cafe named Butterscotch Cafe. He's picked up a thing or two about baking from them.
Relationships
Snap roped Yarrow into the role of best friend nearly as soon as Lilly introduced them to one another and refused to leave him alone. Despite his initial objections (and an incident where Snap's teasing unknowingly hurt Yarrow and earned him a punch in the face, which Snap took in stride), he eventually finds himself warming up to Snap's playful and somewhat obnoxious nature and comes to accept the role. Snap helps Yarrow loosen up somewhat, while Yarrow is a sensible influence on Snap.
Snap often drags Yarrow into his shenanigans and Yarrow, after initial protests, begrudgingly goes along with it, acting as Snap’s impulse control while complaining the entire time.
Lilly and Snap's cheerful and carefree personalities and their shared love for silliness and fun make them wonderful friends. Snap's jokes never fail to make Lilly laugh, and he loves having a receptive audience for them. Snap is the most physically affectionate one other than Lilly between their friends, and other than hugs, Lilly can often be seen being used as an armrest by Snap, leaning on him or climbing him for a higher advantage point.
Snap and Melon's friendship is built on mutual teasing and pestering (and some slapstick violence on Melon's part). With how often they make fun of each other it may seem like they hate each other at first glance, but they're very close friends with a shared appreciation for shenanigans and mischief. Snap respects Melon's strong attitude, and she appreciates his relaxed yet daring personality. They like making fun of each other's heights, and often egg each other on when the other's about to do something stupid.
