Active - Kind - Impersonal - Ignorant

Quin is notorious for throwing his weight around because he can, seeming like a cold, gruff stilted jerk on purpose, to protect himself... He's a little weary. He's used to being made fun of for being very muscular (it's uncommon among Sergals to have defined muscles).

Demanding, in the 'right' company (people he likes). Will go from stone-silent to moody/whiny grouch around his loved ones if he feels safe enough.
But rarely- even on his own in total peace- does he feel comfortable or satisfied enough to be jovial inside and out.

Since the dawn of time this poor old fool has fallen for every trick in the book and some; he never seems to learn from his lessons. He expects to be the butt of jokes if he so much as opens his mouth or looks shocked at what he's hearing. ...Despite appearances, he is a naive and thinks others will always have good intentions.

Pretty much is only good at hunting. His memory is extremely weak, thus the need to ask questions more than throw in his honest input.

Story

Born and raised in a sleepy village, Quin's role as 'little helper' seemed to follow him until he outgrew the cutesy title-- simply becoming a 'big help'.

Regardless of where he is and what he'd like to do, it seems he can't help but want to keep his duties at the forefront of his life and how others perceive him. But it's nice to know that his work is satisfying, in a way, and worth the (minute) efforts he goes to keep up appearances.
He sees no need to change a single piece of his life whatsoever.

Trivia

• Though he is family oriented, he feels uncomfortable at the thought of actually starting a family-- or rather, the concept of being the head of his own family.
• He has absolutely no idea why he's so muscular, even when looking back on his family's genetics. He has dozens of coworkers who don't look nearly as toned as him; he hates getting picked on for it...
• Easy to irritate, but he usually just shuts down/goes silent instead of pushing back... This is why he seems to have so many acquaintances that call him 'friend' around town, but feels lonely anyway.
• He is prone to getting flustered if talked sweetly to, or being told he's handsome/pretty/beautiful/etc. :') He is not used to that at all.
