ABILITY
Harpy: Through experimentation he has been infused with harpy eagle-based abilities. His bones are light, enhancing his agility and parkour-esque movements. He also has long range sight giving him excellent marksmanship. However, this ability makes him more easily thrown around in physical close combat, so he tries to engage enemies from a distance.
Viper: His saliva is toxic and causes paralysis if it gets into the bloodstream. He can lick his bullets before shooting them so if they at least scrape a target they may get effects. He uses this to incapacitate enemies.
Waiying will have one or both of these abilities depending on the AU.
PERSONALITY

Quick to frustrate, verbal when angry, it is certainly something that he is prone to let loose and blur his rationality. He finds it hard to back down from a fight or argument. He does not hesitate to retaliate against people he thinks are looking down on him or trying to step on him. He much prefers to be straight-to-the-point, he’s either honest or blunt, depending on who you ask. He's so used to being sarcastic and blunt that his 'affection' to people he likes can come out as teasing and insults. Also, if you've ever heard of tsundere, he is a bit like that oops
He is prideful and especially hates to be indebted to others. This drives him to return favours if he perceives someone has done so for him in order to ‘even things out between them’.
He’s developed a sense of apathy towards most people. His ability to hold a grudge gives him a sense of enjoyment and thrill of sorts when he inflicts vengeance on someone he doesn’t like, which tends to be lot of people.
Tends to be a prudent pessimist.
BACKSTORY
Waiying is an ex-agent of the secretive paranormal agency, Sigma-Black. Sigma Black investigates paranormal phenomena, such as aliens, spirits, monsters, eldritch creatures, rogue scientists, and anything else out of this world. He gained his basic soldier skills during a stint in the military. He and other soldiers were put through a series of secretive human experiments with dubious proper consent. Through a mix of coercion and voluntary submission, he gained his unnatural traits meant to enhance his ability on the field, such as greater agility and toxic body fluids. He was eventually recruited into Sigma-Black. However, amongst annoying co-workers and growing distrust towards superiors, he ended up hating his work and defected. He now works as an independent mercenary, mostly involving assassinations commissioned by whoever is willing to pay. He moves around different countries to help throw authorities off his back. He's got a wide underground network, but has never pledged allegiance to anyone in particular.
TRIVIA
Is absolutely the kind of person to look at a dish/food he's never seen before and be like "what is this disgusting dish" but tastes it anyway and is like I love it

Twin sister
Halei is the older twin. They've drifted a bit since becoming adults and going into the respective fields, but have always maintained a close bond no matter the distance. He can be overprotective of her, the type who would be aggressively scrutinising of anyone who tries to date her, like "treat her well or I'll kill you, punk". Depending on the AU/story, she's sometimes dead.
Whisper
Victim/Ally (?)
Daughter of a mafia family he was hired to kidnap once. It went wrong and a lot of shenanigans happened, which ended up with both of them on the run. She's stubborn too, so he butts heads with her a lot, but she's got a lot of spunk that he respects too.
