Outlaw who got his start as a teen when his friend Adrian's mom got sick and they needed money to buy her medicine. He promised Adrian he'd quit stealing once they stopped needing money, but, well...

When Adrian's mom died and Adrian decided to leave town, Dan went with him - except he couldn't stop himself from doing one last heist on the train. Adrian fled the scene after recognizing him, and Dan hasn't seen him since. He's kind of not aware that they parted on bad terms, and he still misses his friend who he thinks he was just accidentally separated from :( In the meantime he is filling the void by stealing and shooting.
