Breezy and good-humored, people like Kaida Himawari are a rare sort among the higher ranking positions at Llawes. Still, I have to admit-- his competence is undeniable. This promotion was well-deserved, and thus is this profile made.

Personality aside, Kaida's primary quirk is his interest in Unbleeders. Unlike most, whose fascination stems from fear or curiosity or desire to become, Kaida seems primarily interested in the development of Unbleeders within society -- as well as the aperture between their abilities and those of normal humans. He maintains he has no intention of becoming one (despite Llawes' generous policies), at least not for some time yet.

Still, it's no matter. Entrusting this project to him means he will be crucial to its success. We can only hope he lives up to this expectation.

The project thus far has been an immense success. The teamwork between Ari and Kaida has been a key part of its advancement, though the former seems far less enthusiastic about this synergy than the latter.

Due to his temperament, Ari is generally forbidden from removing his heart without direct orders. However, given the increasing frequency of anomalies, this method is becoming less sustainable. Thus, I have decided to gift Kaida some authority on this matter. On the field, should other Cŵn Annwn prove insufficient or have their attentions divided, it will be Kaida's call if and when Ari should remove his heart.

I simply hope his fascination with Unbleeders doesn't obstruct his professionalism.

Despite his general charms and family's high social status, I've found Kaida capable of surprising coldness. This would hardly be surprising if it were directed only towards me -- I am well aware of my reputation -- but evidently Bran has found himself on the receiving end of it, as well.

The Kaida family has always maintained good relations with the Llawes family, and I'm hardly concerned about one unruly son's attitude. Still, given his rank within the company (not to mention the specific social connections of his present position), it may be best to keep an eye out for potential grudges for the time being.

Some things have come to light about Kaida and the Early Insertion Program.

It's of little consequence. I am confident that Kaida will continue to perform his job capably and loyally; if not for the Llawes family, then for Ari, and if not for Ari, then for ███████.
