The Hypno King herself. The second youngest member of the Chaos Sisters, Tan was found by a group of thugs that were down on their luck. They felt bad for this seemingly helpless kid, and took her in, teaching her about the cruel world and how they survived. Tan hated the way they were living and promised them she'd become the greatest criminal that ever lived. As she grew older, she understood her emerald more and used it to build an army, eventually becoming the Hypno King, ordaining herself in gold jewelry and living in a huge fortress. She hid herself away, becoming an unknown force of destruction. Rumors spread talking about the power of the Hypno King, and her influence grew. Nobody has ever seen her, and anyone who tries to storm the fortress becomes a mindless slave in the Hypno King's massive army. The only people who know her true identity are the original group of thugs that took her in, as she considers them her only family. She's a really big fan of gold jewelry and wears it not only because it looks nice but also to disguise the true source of her power, stating that her power comes from the pendulum around her neck, or the swirls on her hat and belt.

Her emerald, the purple emerald, gives her the ability to hypnotize people with weak minds. She uses it as a temporary way to get what she wants, be it jewelry or other things, but in some cases it's permanent. She can't figure out why her army is still as big as it is, because they shouldn't be hypnotized anymore, but they still stick around, singing endless praises of the Hypno King and doing whatever she wants. 

Her full name is Tanzanite, but she shortens it to Tan because she thinks her full name sounds stupid and lame. She'd much rather be called the Hypno King anyway.
