99 is a diligent Soulless Enforcer, making sure to listen to all commands down to a T. Her speed and agility make her an incredibly valuable member as she uses the teleportation spells in unique ways.
99 is designated to Mystery to make sure he doesn’t keep causing problems. She is the one to give Mystery the warning.
Personality
Like all Soulless, 99 is reserved and doesn't let her true self shine through. This causes her to enter a silent and focused state for most of her time. Just to keep working. However, if you interest her, you'll get to meet them. Clicks her tounge often before speaking, can't help but giggle at almost everything, constantly moving around as she speaks.
Communication depends on how 99 is feeling. Either they will be dull and forward, speaking about only what's important to their mission. Or they'll be avoidant to any questions, only trying to joke. Or she'll be empty and sad. Struggling.
"It’s… it’s scary. I don’t know what to do. I want to follow orders but everything… everything is so scary and tough. Everyone is so sad and empty. It doesn’t even feel like… we’re helping. We’ve been waiting and waiting for something to happen. This creature is supposed… to be scary and hurtful. But what if… we’re the scary ones? And they’re just.. scared.."

SEB 092
How can you say no to such a rigged deal? How can you say no when you don't remember why you died in the first place? 99 kept her head low. Keeping her thoughts close to her chest. Do as she's told. Keep focused. But after the requested slaying of a César Tearstrom to make him a Soulless, things went south. Her teammates are disappearing. Her remaining ones are so numb, it's like they don't acknowledge it. Where did César go? Why are they doing nothing about the Ills attacking this town?
Mystery
99 was made to watch Mystery, making sure he doesn’t keep causing problems. Because he's causing problems. A lot of them. Their first meeting doesn't go so well. After a horrible misunderstanding, the two engage in a fight that Mystery is too outclassed for. However 99 is easily caught off guard with how easily he seems to telegraph some of their moves. Their fight ends abruptly as Mystery is taken by surprise by an Ill who latched onto Mystery and knocked him out cold. 99 jumps into his dreams to pull him from it's grasp, severing the connection. Saving him. This confused him greatly. 99 wasn't quite sure why she did it. But she did.
From then on, every time Mystery does something, 99 is there to scold him personally. It eventually reaches a point where 99 just shows up and follows Mystery around, hoping that knowing that they’re watching will be enough to stop him. But it never is! Sometimes 99 even helps Mystery, starts bantering with him, calling out to make sure he doesn’t get hit, they seem like they’re becoming friends. 99 starts getting recognized as “the cool cosplayer who seems to wander around the town”. It feels good. And it’s all kind of… nice. And fun… and different from the sadness… SEB092 is facing…

99 looks fairly normal for a white alibno girl*, honestly. But you can totally see the abnormal teeth poking over their lips. And those Purple eyes. 99 has a lot of scars and marks It's near impossible to describe with my words I feel. Dying uhm. Does that to you.
Clothes
Rarely, if ever, removes the armor given to them.

- Weapon Summon: A soulless can shape their soul vessel into a weapon, one that cannot break and can channel magic. 99's is a shortsword.
- Teleport: If a Soulless focuses enough, they will snap to their desired location.
- Premonition: When Elena was alive, she would receive nosebleeds when something awful was going to happen. This is useless as a Soulless since she cannot bleed

Mystery Enemies...?
An equal, a strange equal. Someone who has a strong heart and terrifying dreams. 99 couldn't tell you why she saved him. They justify it by saying "Ills are a problem and its protocol" but truthfully, no one cares.
Something about him makes her feel so alive and human. They may have been at odds but 99 wants to stand on the same side. Wants to help him.
Commander 01
99 is terrified to have met 01 face to face. She only heard of xem as a monster, who cares naught for anyone else. Yet their conversation ended in a way no one could ever predict. 99 even sees them casually, not even work related. It's very strange.
After this, she thinks of them like a child who doesn't know any better. Just tries to be impressive and different. Sometimes its annoying. Doesn't speak about it however.
