01 the second in command to the Guardian of Balance. A much less kind and forgiving person who likes to use their power and position against the Soullesses.
They are an intimidating and feared individual among each squad. Seeing xem does not usually mean good things. It’s hard to say what you want to say to them. They have such a way with words that you can’t say no to. No matter how hard you try.
Personality
01 is only consistent in one thing, their devious attitude. Seeking desruction and malice in all things. They will play with you like a cat hunting. Toying with your feelings, taunting aspects of yourself you haven't ever spoken about, laughing at your downfall.
They declare that their harshness is required to push you forwards, forge you into a stronger person. But is that really true?.

01 always needs to be wearing something cool, typically going grunge-punk-techwear. With spikes.

It's hard to tell what they think of each other, seeing as they're never in the same room. 01 speaks so highly of The Guardian but if you even hint at them being upset with 01, they almost cower...

Dropping in on the least flattering moment, 01 knows 99 is afraid of xem. It's amusing. But that fear upsets them once xe learns what was going on that night.
