| ~Personallity~ As a child, Array was usually quiet and observant, incredibly alert about his surroundings. If he did happen to speak, it was in a very eloquent way and usually included some passive aggressive jab at people he dislikes. The one thing that bothers him most of all is any sort of disorder. He has the need to make sure everything is clean and orderly, be it himself or others or anything in the surrounding. This goes so far, that too much chaos can actually stress him out significantly. He tries to order anything at any time he can. After finding out there is such a thing as an online world, he began to grow interested in computer programming and found it far more comfortable to be in as he could mold it to all his orderly desires, thus spending a lot of time on that as he grew older. Array is also very proud of his looks and strives for absolute beauty. While he does appear as very flamboyant and visually appealing, he doesn't seem that interested in relationships or close contact to anyone. His only real friendships, are those to Polly and Pancake respectively. | ~History~ Rays origin is a mystery, not even he reveals much of it. While going to school like any regular child, nothing is quite known about his parents or how he grew up. All that is known, is that he had two childhood friends, Pancake and Polly, whom he actually got along with and stuck around. Even early on, he had a tendency for sorting things, the color blue and keeping himself clean and orderly. This would include the use of blankets to keep himself away from dirt and sorting even mundane things after certain parameters he set himself. Also noteworthy was his eloquent way of speaking, even with such young age. After some impressionable meetings with Miles the Wolf and Xander the Jackal, he seemed to grow interested in the aspects of the digital world and with how clean and collected it appeared. Around the age of 13, he suddenly vanished. A few years later, he re-emerged under the name Array, this time modified with metal bracelets embedded in his wrists, ankles and neck that give him the ability to take over anything that incooperates a computer, if he touches it. The connection only lasts from certain distances however and he can only control a certain amount of things at once, without wearing himself out. With his body modified in this way, he follows the code now to bring a total order to the world, no matter the means. |
[Friend] Pancake was the first person to talk to him and actually want to be his friend. Even though he often finds her a bit too disorderly, the fact that she cares makes him overlook that and actually enjoy being around with her. He is however rather scared of her father. | [Friend] Polly was the second person for Array to meet. While he finds certain aspects of her unpleasing and distressing, he loves her witchy aesthetics and her collections (that he will regularly sort accourding to his own system). He actually likes being around both her and Pancake however and is willing to look past some things that bother him, as they do the same for him. |
