The One Who is Formal and Kind
"I don't care how long it takes. I will learn all I can to one day take over and help my mother finally take the break she deserves."
Born to a unknown raven bestia and a owl bestia, Eiko never cared to figure out who his biological parents are. Was it the bitterness of being left on the doorstep of the queen of Shogica? No. Was it because he didn't quite know where to start to go looking for them? No. Was it because he didn't see the need to look for them? Yes. Eiko has no hatred for his biological parents. He's positive they had their reasons for doing this. While he is sad that they left him behind, he is willing to brush it off as he ended up in the good hands of Tomo. Tomo loved kids but always had fertility problems. On top of the fact there were very few people that interested, she settled on spending time at the orphanage to make the children there happy. She wasn't expecting to one day be greeted by a baby on her doorstep with a note asking for them to taken care of. However, she didn't complain because Eiko gave her the purpose to push forward.
Tomo fought to ensure Eiko had his rightful place as her heir. Her family wanted the heir to be a bestia that was connected to the Kazama family through blood to ensure the line can stay alive and strive through royalty. They held no ill will for Eiko...but he was simply not related to them in blood. However, Tomo did not give in to their demands. She cared little about her family outside a few members and frankly she did not care to listen to the people who forced her into this position as a queen. As such, she took Eiko under her wing and taught him everything she knew. She gave him the happiness he deserved and even helped him transitioned when he noticed he felt uncomfortable with his gender. It also helped that Arata was there to assist Tomo when Eiko would eventually summon her.
Tomo would offer him the chance to step away from eventually taking over due to hr own worries of the male ending up in the same position as her. However, Eiko would decline the offer. Eiko had no problem taking over for Tomo as he did crave that desire to ensure Shogica can grow as a kingdom. He loved the place, and the people that live in it. However, he always had that craving to take over to allow Tomo to finally rest. Through the years, Eiko could see that ruling was draining Tomo. It was clearly not healthy for her. Knowing this made Eiko sad. That's why he sought to improve himself and gather what he needs to know so he can take over. His mother was in a cage......and honestly he felt like it was time to set her free from the cage.
