Bruce is a construction worker, 36 years old, and terribly lonely. He has lived in the same town since he was born, and has been out of the state only a few times since then. He grew up knowing he would inherit his father's car garage. He is a natural mechanic, with a great memory. He is always helping people fix taillights, wipers, and mirrors for dirt cheap
Though he might talk a big game, he loves the town he lives in, despite its flaws. This is why Bruce fears coming out. He considers himself a man's man, and to the people of his hometown he is single. However, he has a long term boyfriend, another mechanic. Though their relationship sometimes raises eyebrows, most people leave him be. He is unmarried.
His worst habit is bottling his feelings up, or smoking like a chimney when stressed. He never shies away from hard work.
