Aves Species Basic Info (Food)

Nearly all Aves can’t taste spice. No matter how ‘hot’ and ‘spicy’ a food is, their mouths refuse to burn and they can consume the food no problem. Dishes made by Aves can sometimes come off as extremely spicy or intolerable to other species causing the dish to become an Aves only specialty meal. Some Aves cooks however have searched tirelessly for some kind of food that they can replicate a spicy flavor as this impossible taste for them is always just out of their grasp.

Many subspecies tend towards a preference for certain types of foods. Vuifrergo prefer nuts and seeds, Vencretair seem to like sweet and sugary foods, Ivrherebo have a sweet tooth for fruits, Entviecris favor bugs and beetles, Racnoeirv like meats and the Moirvino clan seem to like a little bit of everything. 

When it comes to meals, just like every species, the Aves do best on a rounded, balanced diet. However due to a clans desire to eat mostly one type of food Aves are more predisposed to illnesses and ailments that come along with a limited diet. Eating only one kind of food often leads to Aves being weak bodied, slow to respond and just brittle in general.
