Personality

He may not seem like it at first from his explosive nature and personality but Coyote is very tolerant and nonjudgemental and loyal to the people he care for. He can be accomodating but have difficulties with others who are not willing to do the same. He is prone to underestimating himself and prefers being a supporter to being in the spotlight. Don't ask him to plan or organize because that'll cause him to explode and disappear before returning to apologize for feeling bad.

Even though he is fast to react, it is a defense mechanism. Coyote actually tends to express himself more through action than words. He may complain about something happening but his actions will show otherwise as he tends to help out after his complaints. He's more observant than others realize and will often step in to assist when it is needed.

Coyote is not one to sacrifice his principles for anyone or thing and does not tolerate liars or hypocrites. He dances to the beat of his own drum and relies on his instincts. He can be too sensitive and tends to walk away from a conflict (even though he probably started the conflict) to cool down. He is also indecisive and unpredictable which is the bad side of his adaptability and flexibility. Coyote is also easily bored and can be seen leaving in the middle of a conversation when his interest is lost.

Appearance

Coyote has an olive skin tone, dark brown hair, and bright green eyes. He towers over everyone else as the tallest of the main group at 6'2". He wears his hair in a long braided mohawk.

Coyote rarely wears a shirt. "It's too fucking stuffy" as he would explain why. He wears a bear skin cape that he can flip up the head of the bear for camoflage when needed. But normally doesn't wear the "hood". He wears red leather hide pants with a green striped tan hide cowl skirt. His shoes are ankle length moccasins with intricate beaded work. He'll tell you that his brother did the bead work but Coyote is actually a proficient beader.

Relationships

Mochyn Daear

Coyote's brother and only person he really truly trusts. Badger took on a fatherly role when they were left to their own devices as children.

Rhew

Coyote cares about Rhew but has trouble showing it. He likes her curiousity and kind nature and how patient she is with him.

Dynol

Coyote gets annoyed with Dynol's aloof demeanor feeling like Dynol thinks he's better than others. He also gets jealous at how close Rhew is to him although he keeps those feelings to himself.

Backstory

Blaidd Bach was born in a nomadic group in the grasslands. When he was 8, his dad was possessed by a spider demon and killed their mom. His dad was able to break the spell before killing Mochyn Daear and him but couldn't live with what he did and took his own life. Afraid the spider demon would possess the children, their clan banished the two into the grasslands. Coyote has a deep rooted fear of spiders because of this event.

At 15, Blaidd Bach was kidnapped by a traveling zoo, forced to "perform" for nosy Ravlins. He was beat whenever he showed any defiance towards the owners and treated like an animal. Mochyn Daear spent 3 years tracking the zoo down. He was able to help Blaidd Bach and the others that were captured escape the zoo. Blaidd Bach has long scars along his back that he doesn't like anyone or anything touch but he uses the bear cloak to cover. He also began to avoid anyone except his brother and was known as the demon of the grasslands.

Present Day

Blaidd Bach was swept up in the events when Mochyn Daear brought a very hurt Rhew to their home to nurse her back to health. He was against her being there at first but quickly warmed up and began helping her as well. Through circumstances he is unable to control, he and his brother are forced to travel with Rhew and Dynol. More so because he has caught feelings for her and his brother is fiercly protective over him after the traveling zoo incident.

Trivia

Rhew was named after one of the twin gods of ice, Rhewlif which is the god of protection.

Rhew is really bad at making sure her needs are met and will always put others first.

Rhew loves the smell of dogs and doesn't mind the wet dog smell.

Rhew creates an ice golem through mixing her protective and destructive magic in order to not use her destructive side. Golems are only able to be conjured by those who are gifted by both twin gods.

Rhew is extremely curious and loves to learn how to use the weapons her friends use. But she never wants to use them in an actual battle situation. She just thinks the weapons are neat.
